Inside, there is a large entertaining area with 2 sections of living room, a large dining area and kitchen with all the usual appliances. There are 4 large en-suite bedrooms, each with their own balcony to enjoy the marvellous views, and a further private balcony on the roof. Outside, there is a beautiful private pool with decking, large covered and uncovered terraces, BBQ, a large dining area and landscaped gardens with views to the sea. The villa includes air-conditioning, plasma TV and DVD/CD player for your comfort and entertainment, and is in a stunning location with space to relax and enjoy the beautiful views and sea breezes.

Notes on accommodation
Air-conditioning available in all bedrooms and living room with a heating option for the colder months.
Accessibility
All bedrooms are located upstairs, so may not be suitable for people with mobility problems.

Coast/Beach
Numerous beaches along the coastline, the nearest within 5 minutes drive.
Golf
There are 3 main golf courses close to the villa - Secret Valley Golf Course which is 5 minutes drive, Aphrodite Hills Golf Course 10 minutes drive and Tsada Golf Club, approx 25 minutes drive.
Skiing
Skiing available from January to early March in the Troodos Mountains which is approx 1 hours drive away.
Travel
A car is essential. Paphos International airport is approximately 20 minutes drive. Larnaca International airport is approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes drive.
Distances
Nearest bar and restaurants can be found at Secret Valley Golf Club which is 5 mins drive, Kouklia Village with a selection of local tavernas and a shop is approx 5 mins drive. Paphos main town and harbour is approximately 25 mins drive with a selection of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, beaches and water park.
Further details
There are also a good selection of restaurants in the neighbouring resort of Aphrodite Hills and the nearby village of Pissouri offers many outstanding restaurant and tavernas.
Booking notes
A non refundable booking deposit of 25% of the total rental is required to secure your booking, with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to the rental commencement date. If your booking is made within 8 weeks or less from the rental commencement date it must be accompanied by a payment in full. There is also a security deposit payable of £250, refundable if the property is left in good order and there are no breakages.

I would just like to say on behalf of my whole family how much we enjoyed our stay at your villa. We have holidayed in Cyprus many times before and have always enjoyed the climate and relaxed attitude of the locals, but this was our first venture into a villa and we were thoroughly impressed. We thought the location was fantastic. It was wonderful being able to sit out on the upstairs terrace during the evening and watch the sun go down. A big thank you for such an enjoyable stay.
