Our 2 bedroom villa, which is situated on an exclusive development at Ayia Triada Beach Gardens, consists of an open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen. It also has a downstairs cloakroom with toilet. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms both leading onto the balcony with stunning views of the sea and a family bathroom with separate shower cubicle. Outside is a private pool 7m x 3m together with extensive patio areas with tables, chairs and sunloungers. The villa is situated approximately 3km from Protaras and 2km from the local town of Paralimni.

Notes on prices
Prices for the property are per week and in UK pounds. There is an extra charge for conditioning/heating of £10 per day. This benefit is optional and should be discussed at time of booking. Discounts for long lets can be negotiated - please contact owners for details.
Changeover day
Changover day is flexible. Additional days can be booked on a pro-rata basis.
| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 has a double sized bed with fitted wardrobes and a patio door leading onto the balcony. Bedroom 2 has twin beds and fitted wardrobes with a door leading to the balcony. Both bedrooms have air conditioning which doubles as heating. |
| Bathrooms: | Upstairs family bathroom has bath, wc, basin and separate shower cubicle. Downstairs cloakroom has wc and wash basin. |
| Kitchen: | Luxury fitted kitchen containing oven and hob, fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave oven. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, toaster and kettle etc. |
| Utility Room: | N/A - however, there is plenty of cupboard space where you will find an iron, ironing board and clothes airer. Also a hairdryer is provided and can be found in the bedroom. |
| Living Rooms: | Large open plan lounge and dining area consisting of two 3 seater sofas (1 doubles as a sofa bed). It also includes television, DVD player and satellite TV. The dining area has table and chairs to seat 6 people. |
| Other: | Full remote control air conditioning in all rooms. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
The villa is cleaned once a week and all bedlinen and towels are included and changed weekly apart from beach towels (please bring your own to use around the pool area and on the beach). The pool is cleaned twice weekly. |
Notes on accommodation
Villa Lydia is a non smoking property and we would ask that you respect this request and restrict smoking to outside areas only.
We are unable to accept booking for all male or female groups. Our villa caters for families and mixed couples only.
Outside
The large patio area includes a traditional built barbecue, 2 patio tables with a choice of chairs and 2 parasols together with 4 sun loungers supplied with cushions. An outside pool shower is also provided. There is all round perimeter lighting on the patio and driveway together with pool lighting.
Coast/Beach
The villa is situated appoximately 100m from Ayia Triada beach and picturesque harbour. The popular tourist area of Protaras and Fig Tree Bay is approximately 10 minutes drive away and is renowned for its golden sandy beaches.
Travel
Larnaca International airport is approximately 45 minutes drive from the villa. Car hire is not essential as public transport is located close to villa with links into Ayia Napa and Protaras. However, if you wanted to explore the island in more depth a hire car is recommended - we could recommend a car hire company if required.
Distances
The nearest town of Paralimni is apprximately 2km away - a typical small Cypriot town with a mixture of traditional shops, tavernas and coffee houses. Alternatively, approximately 3km away is the popular tourist resort of Protaras offering an extensive choice of bars, restaurants and tourist shops.

Booking notes
You will be required to pay a 25% (non-refundable) deposit together with a £150 security deposit cheque (refundable – subject to no damage/breakages during your stay and safe return of keys). Air conditioning/heating will be charged at £10.00 per day and will need to be agreed and paid for prior to arrival. Please note that no groups of all male or all female parties will be accepted. Balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure.
