This new and comfortable one bedroom apartment is situated on the eastern side of Paphos, which is a close walk to Paphos harbour, bars and shops. There are two single beds, two sofa beds and it will comfortably sleep four. It is situated on the first floor of a two storey, six apartment complex with a south facing pool. It is fully air conditioned with a fully fitted kitchen, lounge etc. It has parking on the complex and is very private.

Outside
Outside is a large beautiful swimming pool, outside toilet and shower block. Parking under basement.
Coast/Beach
Local beach is 5 minute drive away, sandy and very private. Coral bay beach is a ten minute drive away.
Golf
There are 3 x18 hole golf courses within half hours drive.
Tsada golf course 550 metres above sea level par 72-6,060 metres.Secret Valley golf course par 72-6,120 metres.
Aptrodite Hills golf course par 70/71-6,232 metres.
Skiing
The Troodos Mountains offer fantastic ski-ing and is only 90 minutes drive away. Ski in the mornings and sunbathe in the afternoons on the beach.
Special interest holidays
Paphos is great for all water sports, jet skis, paragliding and scuba diving. There is a large go-karting centre just a few minutes up the road. Also a fantastic water park 10 minutes away.Sunny Cyprus enjoys super weather for most of the year- on average the sun shines for 340 days of the year. The coldest period is from December to March, but even then there are many fine days rarely dropping below 15c. Summer is long and hot, followed by a very pleasant Autumn,when the sea is still warm enough to swim in.
Travel
Paphos airport is a 10 minute drive away, we do recommend car hire so you can explore the whole island. But it's up to you taxis and buses are very cheap way to travel.
Distances
Local village is a 5 minute walk away, convenience shop a minute walk away, also local butchers, pharmacy and bank. Paphos Harbour is a 15-20 min walk also bars, shops and restaurants. Beaches in Paphos awarded with the blue flags 2004.

There are many places to visit from the archeological treasures of Paphos, the stunning vistas of the mountains, the superb beaches along the coast, the beautiful and protected Atamas Peninsula, to the shops and boutiques of Limassol. Cyprus is fast becoming one of the most popular holiday destinations for the UK holidaymakers and also establishing itself as a leading golf holiday destination.
