All bedlinen 300 thread cotton sheets and towels are provided, need to bring own beach towels. |
Notes on accommodation
Suitable for children, gas hob has a child lock. All the rooms have air-conditioning. For Air-conditioning usage only meters are installed there will be £20 credit on the meter on arrival, you will be able purchase further credit if required. All the mattress are orthopaedic.

The garden is just starting out, however it will be laid to white pebble stones for easy keep and the fence is going up at the back of the garden to have privacy by the pool.
Coast/Beach
Lara Beach is 2 min drive or can walk nice beach with good cafe.Several beaches and coves nearby, most within a 10 min drive. Catalkoy Beach with bar and open-air covered restaurant. Diana Beach with small sandy beach and water sports in the Summer. Alagadi is a beautiful beach with safe swimming and turtle watching, Acapulco complex for lovely beach, outdoor and indoor pools for cooler weather. The best beach experience though is at the Karpas Peninsular for beaches out of this world.

Troodos mountain about 2 hour drive away probably. (December, January February.)

Travel
Flights to Ercan Northern Cyprus are by Cyprus Turkish Airlines and Turkish Airlines. All flights have a touch You can fly to Ercan in Northern Cyprus on either KTHY (Cyprus Turkish Airlines), Pegasus or Turkish Airlines from Heathrow, Gatwick, Stanstead, Manchester, Belfast and Glasgow. These flights involve a touchdown in Turkey (normally only 45 mins). The villa is 30 mins from Ercan airport, transfer can be arranged for approx £30.
Distances
8 kilometers is Girne the main town where there is hourber, it has clubs, restaurants, shopping, bars. 2 min drive Vouge Beach Club, 30 minutes away there is other clubs Ice, Escape, and also beach with restaurants.

Local supermarket (Starling) about 5 min drive, they are open from around 7.30 until 10pm 7 days a week. Northern Cyprus has the most wonderful climate, in fact one of the best in the whole of the Mediterranean. There are three crusader castles to visit in the mountains and the memory of the stunning views and romance of the castles will stay with you forever. Bellapaise Abbey built in 1325 is legendary and a must to visit. Kyrenia is ideal for hiking for people of all ages. Take in an Orchid walk (March/April) and try and spot some of the 32 confirmed species, boat trips, paragliding, horse riding, scuba diving and not to forget shopping! Airport transfers can be arranged for you.

Deposit of £200 required to secure the villa for the dates you require. this will be refunded at end of your stay. If for any reason you cancel the deposit will not be refunded. You can spread the cost of the hire of villa by paying 50% from 8 weeks of arrival date and the balance to be paid by 4 weeks to the arrival date. Otherwise full payment is required 4 weeks from arrivaltime.

About the owner
I am 45 years old, accountant, who has a 18 year old daughter and 14 year old son. I was born in Limasol and moved to London December 1973, where I grew up and still living.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
I have been looking to buy for a while, I like piece and quite when I am on holiday, and close to beach, and this location, has both for me, I been going to Lara beach in July 2007 virtually everyday with my two children and two nephews when I notice the constructions of these villas, I was there in July 2008 when I notice that they were nearly finished, I was taken to view this villa and fell in love with it on our last day of our holiday and within 2 hours i put down deposit and flew to London. year later i have got the keys which I only found out the land owner is my cousin its a small world.
Unique benefits of the property
I have try to keep it simple in furnishing, but every item is been bought new and in thought of as a luxury. all white goods are Bosh and furniture are from northern Cyprus handmade in Guzelyurt, everything else have been exported from London, I do like to have my creature comforts, and even got a Lobster claw cracker which everyone has been laughing but then you never know it might come in handy, as I been traveling I have gain experience in what I would like to have on holiday and try to cater for that.
