Set just off the main Kyrenia to Catalkoy road, this large, open house sits in 3 donums of land (approx an acre), mostly olive trees. This house is probably one of the most private villas on the island yet less than five minutes walk away you will find the Grove Inn restaurant and bar as well as the Aqua park. The ground floor shaded patio looks over the large secluded private pool and there is a stone table with six chairs as well as poolside sun beds and a brick built barbecue. The large balcony to bedroom one and three has tables and chairs from which to enjoy the sea views overlooking the pool while bedroom two has its own balcony with spectacular mountain side views.

Coast/Beach
Diana beach just minutes away. Catalkoy beach with beach bar, loungers and parasols for hire, diving board into sea, only 5 mins drive. Acapulco complex with all facilities and water sports, only 10 mins drive. Alagadi (Turtle) beach less than 15 minutes away.
Golf
Superb new Korineum Golf and Country Club approx 15 min drive towards Esentepe - open to non-members. It boasts a fabulous new 18 hole international standard Championship Golf Course designed by Arne Van Amerongenand. Its facilities include a spa and beautiful restaurant and bar. Golfers will enjoy the breathtaking views of the Besparmak mountain range as well as cool sea breezes during peak Summer golf season. Course management offer both annual membership as well as daily green fees to accommodate residents and tourists.
Travel
Ercan Airport is approx 30 mins transfer to villa. Please contact owners to arrange transfers and car hire at a reduced rate.
Distances
Catalkoy village 1 mile. Kyrenia approx 5 miles. Convenient for Bellapais Abbey, Buffavento Castle and St Hilarion Castle. Nicosia approx. 20 mins drive.

Catalkoy has a good selection of local shops for daily requirements, with larger supermarkets on the coasts road
Weekly market in Kyrenia. Numerous restaurants. Owner can arrange favourable rates for both diving and horse riding either for beginners or the more experienced.

Bookings for 1, 2 or more weeks or parts of weeks are available. Please contact owners for booking form and conditions. Non-refundable deposit of 20% by cheque or transfer. Balance and £150 breakages deposit payable 6 weeks prior to departure. Guests must provide own holiday insurance.

About the owner
Hi We are the Lloyd family and we have been going to North Cyprus since 1986, staying in rental houses until we finally built our own villa. We love it and I am sure that anyone who stays here will feel the same way. It is in a perfect, private setting within our own acre of olive grove and yet, if you want company or sometimes live music, just a short distance away - at the bottom of the garden - there is the Grove Inn restaurant and bar.
