It is new to the market and very well equipped, providing you with everything a holiday home should have. The villa benefits a village location but with access to Paphos and the surrounding area. It sleeps 6 comfortably and there are additional facilities for two more people plus a baby. Our property has also been popular with weddings parties and honeymooners.

The cost includes towels for use within the property, please bring your own beach towels. The property is cleaned weekly. |

Outside
The property benefits from a nice outside area which up until late afternoon gets the very best of the sunshine. After then the natural shade allows you enjoy the rest of the day in the true safety. We find this natural cycle really handy. Beautiful outside space with private pool (8mx4m) for the sole use of the guests. Quality wooden outdoor furniture (see photo's)include sunbeds, tables 6 chairs and a large parasol provide some shade. There is a outdoor table tennis table.
Coast/Beach
A 20 minutes walk down a country lane will take you to the blue flagged Geroskipou beach, one of the best in Paphos with a breakwater protecting a safe swimming area. Sun loungers and brollies are available and there is even a tavern on the grassed area behind the beach. If you want to drive, the tree shaded parking is free.
Golf
In Paphos, golf can be played all year round, but in March/April and October/November conditions are perfect. Secret Valley par 71 (5,989m) and Aphrodite Hills par 71 (6,000m) are a 10 minutes drive away along the coast. Minthis Hills at Tsada, par71 (5,828m), 2,000ft up in the foothills of the Troodos is a 25 minute drive.
Skiing
In the winter months skiing is available in the Troodos Mountains approximately one hours drive away. Equipment can be rented at the ski resort.
Special interest holidays
3 miles to Paphos harbour and historical sites. 40 miles to Limassol. 55 miles to the Troodos Mountains for stunning scenery. 20 miles to the Akamas Peninsular for walking, turtle watching and secluded beaches. 20 miles to Latchi with its picturesque harbour and fish restaurants.
Travel
Paphos airport is 10 minutes by car (car hire is recommended for exploring, prebooking is advisable in high season.

Booking notes
A 25% non-returnable deposit is required with booking to confirm. The full balance is to be paid no later than 8 weeks before travel.
We do have the facility to accept Visa, Master and Debit card this has been popular with some of guest as it make arranging payment very simple
A breakage bond of £250 is taken with the final payment and we aim to return this with 14 days subject to every thing being left inorder. We can arrange welcome packs, airport taxi transfers.
