Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds.
15% discount for couples. 10% discount for repeat guests. Pool heating is optional at £45 per day, minimum of 3 days is required. No pool heating facilities available from December to March.
Changeover day
Wednesdays are changeover days. Would consider another day subject to availability and maid service. Changeover days for the winter are flexible. Check-out 11h00 and check-in 14h00.

Accessibility
The bedroom on the ground floor with its en-suite walk-in shower and wc, have been built with wheelchair accessibility in mind. The villa is accessible by wheelchair.
Outside
The private pool (4 x 8m) is set in a mature garden with cherry and medlar trees and a variety of fauna such as rose and lavender bushes. Built-in BBQ facilities and pool furniture are available for you to make the most of your time at our villa. Pool heating is available and is optional at an extra charge.
Coast/Beach
10 minutes drive to Polis/Latchi beaches.
35 minutes to Coral beach.
40 minutes to Paphos beaches.
Golf
Minthis Hills Golf Club (Tsada Golf) 25 minutes. Secret Valley Golf Course 45 minutes. Aphrodite Hills 50 minutes.
Skiing
The ski resort is approx 45 minutes drive from the village, following the Kykkos Monastery route via Stavros Tis Psokkas. The Cyprus Ski Federation and club is a member of the International Ski Federation. The ski resorts are open during the winter months from 9h00 -16h00, everyday.
The ski shop is located in the 'Sun Valley' area and is operated by the Cyprus Ski Club and run by trained technicians. Here you can rent Alpine skis and boots, snowboards with boots and cross country skis with boots. There are 4 ski lifts for slopes with difficulties ranging from beginner to advanced. During the Summer months, you have the option of walking the Artemis Nature trail, which is approx 90 minutes normal pace.

Paphos International 45 min. Larnaca International 90 min. Limassol Harbour 65 min. Car hire is recommended.
Distances
Lysos has much to offer, including visiting the several historical sites in and around the village, nature trails, birdwatching, donkey treks, as well as cooked meals at the local hotel. You also have the option of going closer to Polis/Latchi for some water sports, day trips on boats, scuba diving, go-cart racing, shopping, coffee shops etc. Other options include visiting the various wine routes nearby, the cultural heritage of the Troodos mountains and more.
Further details
There is a mini-market in the village for bare necessities, however we recommend a stop at Paphos for major purchases of groceries. Once in Lysos, you can always pop down to Polis, which is only 10 minutes away. Banks, post offices, hospitals, doctors etc are all available in Polis. The village offers a Taxi service.

Guest comments
We have stayed in both villas owned by George and Neovi and cannot recommend them highly enough. The villas are furnished exceptionally well, and the pools are maintained regularly. Any problems are sorted out quickly. Occasionaly being woken by cockerels or donkeys is part of the charm. As a group, this sort of holiday works out cheaper for us than at a hotel, with the extra benefits of privacy and experiencing traditional Greek Cypriot life. We cannot wait to return.

I, my wife, our two children and our friends thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Neovi’s villa in Lysos. Set just outside a tranquil and friendly Cypriot hillside village, the house is in fine condition, spacious and comfortable with a fantastic swimming pool where we could enjoy a refreshing swim and a panoramic view of the surrounding hills, fig trees and distant sea.
