The views from both the living room and double bedroom have great views over the two swimming pools and out to the sea and village at the back. With an open plan living space you can dine in style either inside or out! The apartment has a lounge with satellite TV and a DVD player, kitchen with full facilities, full air conditioning throughout. A 12 minute walk would take you into Peyia where numerous local restaurants can be found, as well as bakeries, banks, supermarkets. It is a very friendly village with a very traditional feel.

Travel cot available in the apartment for hire. Sheets and blankets not provided.
Accessibility
The apartment is located on the first floor and can only be accessed via steps. The two pools are on different levels which may prove more challenging for people with mobility issues.
Outside
The site also has 2 jacuzzi's (indoor and outside), indoor gym, sauna in addition to the 2 pools.
Coast/Beach
The local beach we would recommend is Coralia Beach, quieter than Coral Bay but with perfect areas for sandcastle making and a safe bay. Washroom facilities available as well as getting a cold drink.
Golf
There are three golf clubs within 30 minutes drive away, Cyprus has some great courses for all abilities. For further information please feel free to ask.
Skiing
Skiing available on Mount Olympus in December.
Special interest holidays
Brilliant base for Walking holidays. 30 minutes from Pissouri and Polis, minutes from the hills. 20 minutes from the local Akansas Gorge - brilliant.
Travel
Paphos airport is a 30 minute drive away from the Peyia. Car hire/Airport transfer is recommended and once again I can advise on companies in the area.
Distances
The centre of Peyia village is a 10 minute walk away, supermarket/bakery closer alternatively a 2 minute drive. Coral bay 5 minutes drive, Paphos 20 minute drive. Water park 20 minute drive. Tomb of the Kings 15 minutes. Baths of Aphrodite - 40 minutes, Polis 30 mins.
Further details
Local supermarkets, bakeries, banks, restaurants, pharmacies, doctors are all based in Peyia so you don't need to worry about travelling too far. Any food can be purchased here.
Booking notes
A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to occupation. Late reservations will be taken with full payment. A refundable security reservation of £100 is required on final payment and will be refundable subject to a satisfactory property inspection on your departure.

Had a brilliant time in Cyprus - the apartment was ideal for us and as it was so quiet, it was lovely. Had the pool to ourselves most days. Would def recommend to family and friends - only downside we found was the cost of food which seemed almost double to us! Thanks again - Kind regards Kath

About the owner
We are a family of 6 and have just come back from the apartment in Peyia having explored many more new areas! Great for walking, great beaches for children and adults, watersports available locally, the apartment is ideal for self catering but if you want the odd evening out then you can take a stroll into Peyia to many of the restaurants or bars.
Transfer from the airport (Paphos) is only 30 minutes and we can recommend a great Car hire contact.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
This apartment is set in the hills above Coral Bay in a quiet location approximately 1km from restaurants (15 minute walk, 2 minute drive). Lovely pools and well maintained.
It's away from the hustle of coral bay but within easy access of beaches, bars, shops and of course the beautiful rugged coastline and walking areas in the hills.
Lots of things to do in a week for a family or if you just prefer to read a book then sun loungers are at poolside.
Travel cot and hairdryer available for use.
