This is a one bedroom, ground floor, apartment. Ideally situated close to the communal pool yet far enough away to enjoy a quiet afternoon on the patio with it's beautifull views across the Mediterranean and in the distance the landscape of the northern Turkish side of the Island. Just five minutes walk from our apartment gives an excellent view of the ghost town of Famagusta.
Armonia also offers a fully equipped gym, sauna, children's pool and small play area. Shower and communal toilets also close to the pool area.

Changeover day
Change over day is flexible as long as the dates are available.

| Bathrooms: | There is one bathroom off the bedroom with wc, shower over bath and curtain. Glass shelf, mirror and over light, towel rail etc. Towels provided. |
| Kitchen: | Fully equipped kitchen with everything you would need for a self catering holiday. Including oven, hob and extractor hood. microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, toaster, kettle and much more. |

Notes on accommodation
Our English friend Martin who lives just a short walk from the apartment will always be happy to help you with any queries you have during your stay.
His telephone number will be provided on booking. Should you require a welcome pack, bread, milk, local beer, water etc just let us know in advance and this can easily be provided for you. This is a non smoking apartment and we kindly ask that smoking is kept to the patio area only, many thanks.
Accessibility
Although our apartment is ground floor there are a couple of steps at the front which could make access a little tricky for wheelchair users.
Outside
Our apartment has underground parking, which is great for keeping the vehicle cool in the hotest months. There's also lift access to ground level. The large communal pool with it's beautiful sea views, has plenty of comfortable sunbeds and shades. There's a pool side shower, and access to gym, sauna, toilets etc. If while chilling by the pool you require an ice cold beer you have the added bonus of the apartment fridge only 30 seconds walk away. Yes, my husband has actually timed it.
Coast/Beach
There are several beaches and coves all with their own individual character and all within five minutes drive away and well worth a visit. Protaras with it's famous Fig Tree Bay and three kilometers of golden sands is just one of the many beautiful beaches the area has to offer. The waters are crystal clear and ideal for snorkeling. Why not take a drive up to the wonderful Troodos mountains, breath in the cooler air and enjoy the magnificent views. There's even a ski resort at it's highest peak.
Travel
There are two airports on the island and the nearest to the apartment is Larnaca. This is 35 minutes drive away. You can easily get a taxi to the apartment from the airport or we can recommend car hire companies that will be there to meet you on arrival.
Distances
We would recommend a car so you can get out and explore this beautiful eastern coast of Cyprus and all it has to offer. There is a local bus service that runs along the coastal route from Paralimni through Protaras and on to the world famous Ayia Napa with its lovely Nissi beach and thriving night life. For those who like to stretch their legs in the morning there are two 24 hour (yes 24 hour) bakeries ten minutes walk away, serving cakes and warm bread, 24 hours a day delicious!
Further details
There's a vast selection of cosmopolitan restaurants close by in Kapparis or just 5 minutes drive away in the Pernera area. Most of which we have tried over the years and haven't had a bad meal yet! If you have a good appetite why not try a Cypriot Meze which is normally about 12 courses washed down with one of their local Keo wines, lovely!

We ask for a non-refundable deposit of £50 with the balance payable four weeks before your stay.

About the owner
We live just 10 minutes drive from Thetford forest which is a beautiful part of Norfolk. We both work although I'm lucky enough to now be part time. We have a wide range of interests between us, but our holidays take priority over everything. No sooner we are back from one, we are saving and planning for the next.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
My husband fell in love with Cyprus many years ago when he worked out there for a year and he couldn't wait to introduce me to the island, the charming Cypriot people and their laid back way of living. After sharing many happy holidays in Cyprus we decided to buy an apartment there. We chose Eastern Cyprus because we love the rugged coast line giving way to it's tiny coves and sandy beaches. Protaras was always our first choice for its extremes from the lively night life to the quiet fishing harbours, there's something there for everyone. All this has brought us closer to our dream of maybe retiring there one day. Well, we all have to have dreams.... don't we?
Unique benefits of the property
Just 8 km from our apartment there is a small boarder crossing into the Turkish Northern side of Cyprus. You can go over in your hire car for a small charge which actually covers you for three days, giving you plenty of time to explore. It's great for those who want to experience an even quieter part of this beautiful island. Another benefit of staying at our apartment is it's managed by close friends of ours not an agency. Any problems and they are literally just around the corner from you and happy to help.
