The apartment is on the ground floor and has it's own private garden that has the sun from first light. The apartment has been redecorated and new furniture has been put in for your comfort. It is furnished and maintained to a high standard and is well equipped with everything you would need for an enjoyable holiday. There are 4 kiosks nearby and supermarkets not far away. You will find banks, bars and restaurants within walking distance and plenty of shops. The Old Town is a must for quaint back streets and lots of places to tempt you in for a drink or a meal. This is a studio apartment so the accommodation is laid out in one large room but guests say it is well arranged and has everything they need. Perfect for 1 or 2 persons. In a very popular area being conveniently placed on a small private complex so it's like having a holiday home of your own for a while.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
A daily rate is available so if you wanted to stay 10 days for example it would be 1 week and 3 days. Minimal stay is 5 days. Where the dates fall into a different price scale the charge will be worked out accordingly. Longer lets are available please contact me with details.
Changeover day
Changeover days are flexible as are arrival and departure times. Usual checking out is noon but every effort will be made to let you stay as late as possible for your flight.
| Bedrooms: | Bedroom has a double bed with deluxe mattress, 2 bedside drawers and a set of tall drawers. There is a wardrobe, full length mirror, hairdryer and a safe is fitted. The windows have blackout curtains and are fitted with fly screens for your comfort. |
| Bathrooms: | The bathroom is fully tiled and has a sink with vanity unit and wall cupboard so lots of storage space, shower cubicle and the benefit of a standard flush toilet [no bins]. Window has fly screen fitted. Liquid soap and toilet rolls supplied. |
| Kitchen: | Fully fitted kitchen with separate tap for drinking water. Ceramic hob, oven, washer, iron, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and all the crockery and utensils you need should you choose to cook. Fly screen fitted. |
| Living Rooms: | Lounge has leather sofa, coffee table, table, satellite TV, DVD, plenty of dvd's provided, radio/CD player and a/c unit. (Also acts as heater in winter). When it cools down in the winter rugs are put in to make it more cosy. Blinds and fly screens fitted. |
| Other: | There is a lockable storage room outside for garden furniture where you can store your suitcases to save space inside the apartment. There is a path leading from the garden so you can access the pool easily without walking through the apartment. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
The apartment is fully cleaned for each guest. All linen, ample towels including beach towels are provided. These are all changed weekly for guests staying longer than a week. All you need to keep the place tidy is provided or a mid stay clean can be done |

Notes on accommodation
The air-conditioning unit is dual function so can be used as a heater in the winter months. There is no extra charge for this.
Accessibility
Although the apartment is on the ground floor it is not suitable for wheelchair access.
Outside
Private garden that is tiled and done in decking. There is a large tilting sun brolly, 4 chairs, a table and 2 sunbeds, clothes airer. If you enjoy sunbathing the garden is perfect as it is private and really is a suntrap. The complex has its own large private pool which is for owners and guests. As the complex is not a big one and used mostly by the owners themselves it is not crowded even in the main summer months. You will find showers and toilets in the communal area. The gardens are well maintained and the complex is cleaned regularly. There are plenty of car parking spaces on the complex if you have a car.
Coast/Beach
Walking distance to the sea front around 15/20 minutes. Now on bus route. By car 5 minutes. The municipal beach is the nearest and has a restaurant. You will find other beach areas within walking distance and if you have a car you can obviously explore much further. The coastal roads are very scenic with some historical places to see. Paphos harbour is walking distance and a pretty place to have a drink or a meal. Why not plan a boat trip or an evening cruise while you are there.
Golf
There are 3 world class courses available around 20 minutes drive. Please ask for details. You will also find an excellent driving range in Paphos that now has a mini 18 hole course that is great fun even if you are not a golfer.
Travel
Paphos airport is the closest and is approx 15 minutes from us. If you are not hiring a car we can arrange for you to be collected at the airport by a reliable local taxi man. This is helpful as he knows where he taking you and does not overcharge. An airport bus service is also available and cheap [€1 at present] Many people manage without a car so having one is not essential unless you want to travel further afield and see more of what our lovely island has to offer.
Distances
You can walk to the sea or the Old Town in approx 15/20 minutes. To go further afield there is a bus service stopping outside the complex regulary linking to other routes. Local taxis are easy to find. You can find numerous places of interest to see even without a car. If you do choose to hire a car a run into Cedar Valley or up into the Troodos Mountains is worthwhile or maybe a tour of our wineries for a taste of something different. A few hours or a day out the choice is yours.
Further details
Should you require it I can get you some groceries in ready for your arrival. Just a few items or a bigger shop is no problem and you only pay what the till receipt says from the supermarket. You would find this a big help if you are not hiring a car. Also many people bring sterling money with them as the rate on the street here is better than changing money in the UK. I can advise you of the rate just before you arrive so you can work out your budget or I can have some money ready for your arrival. This is helpful if you have a bad flight time.
Booking notes
A booking fee of £50 a week is required (non refundable) and a security deposit of £50 with the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to your arrival. The security deposit will be returned promptly when the apartment has been checked to have been left in good order. In the event of a cancellation a refund will be given if the apartment can be re booked.
