This first floor apartment with lift and designated under cover parking is set in the peaceful village of Mazotos. It is an ideal location for a fun family holiday away from the crowds yet just 15 minutes from Larnaca airport and 20 minutes from the heart of Larnaca with its plm tree promenade and stunning blue flag award winning beaches. Our apartment is located centrally on the island, making it an ideal location to visit all the sites of Cyprus. Mazotos itself is a beautiful, unspoilt village with 2 supermarkets, bank, a new bar and a lovely traditional weekend market. There are a variety of beaches only a short drive away offering water sports, restaurants and beachside bars. Just a few minutes away from the apartment is the Camel Park, which is great for kids and has its own restaurant, bar and pool. Neighbouring Kiti and Pervolia also offer numerous traditional bars, restaurants etc. The apartment is equipped with all the facilities you would expect in a luxury property.

| Bedrooms: | Master bedroom has large floor to ceiling fitted wardrobes with double bed and air conditioning. Bedroom 2 with twin beds, also has large floor to ceiling fitted wardrobes. |
| Bathrooms: | The main bathroom has WC, wash basin and bath with shower. The second bathroom has WC, wash basin and shower. |
| Kitchen: | Fully fitted kitchen with electric oven/hob, extractor fan, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer and washing machine. We also include little extras such as cool bag with ice blocks, wine bottle cooler, garlic press etc. |
| Utility Room: | An iron, ironing board are also provided. |
| Living Rooms: | The living area is open plan with sofa and arm chair, coffee table, 32inch LCD TV, DVD player and CD radio with iPod docking station. The dining area has seating for 6 people. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All bed linen, towels etc with the exception of beach towels are provided. The apartment is cleaned after each visit but additional cleaning can be requested for an additional charge. |

Notes on accommodation
Fully air conditioned/heated throughout. Access to first floor is by way of stairs or lift. Allocated covered parking space. Sun loungers are also provided for 4 people.
Stays of less than 7 nights will incur a £30 cleaning charge. Strictly no smoking in the apartment. Small welcome packs can be provided by arrangement, please contact us for details.
Outside
Quite location, the development consists of 5 apartment blocks each with 12 apartments. Shared pool (1 of 3 on the development) with shaded area and landscaped gardens, we provide sun loungers.
Coast/Beach
Award winning beach with restaurant 5 minutes drive away.
Golf
Plans for new PGA golf course now approved and will be within a 10 minute drive.
Skiing
Troodos mountains approx 1 hour drive.
Travel
15 minutes drive from Larnaca airport. Car hire is recommended to see all that this beautiful island has to offer. Driving is on the left, roads are well maintained and quiet and road signs are also in English.
Distances
Mazotos village is just a 3 minute walk. A 10 min drive will take you to the larger neighbouring villages of Kiti and Pervolia, with their shops, rerstaurants, bars and internet cafe.
Further details
The village of Mazotos has 2 small supermarkets for the day to day essentials. Larger supermarkets can be found in Larnaca. Larnaca also offers many boat trips both for pleasure, fishing and diving and a lively nightlife with its clubs and restaurants.
Booking notes
A £75 deposit per week is required to reserve a booking with the balance being due 6 weeks before arrival. Minimum stay is 4 nights. Refundable Security bond £200.

Enjoyed the peace and quiet and had a fabulous holiday. The apartment was very clean, spacious and had all the facilities and equipment we needed. Ideal central location for exploring Cyprus, we particularly enjoyed our trips to Aphrodites Rock, Paphos and the Troodos mountains. Will stay again soon -Mrs. I. Chadwick
