Well positioned within easy reach of local shops and restaurants and a choice of pebble or sandy beaches it has a lot to offer for families and small groups. The village of Pervolia is a short walk away and neighbouring Kiti is closeby whilst the airport and the famous Larnaca sea front promenade are just 15 minutes drive away giving further options for things to see and do during your holiday.

Changeover day
There is no set changeover day so we can be flexible to fit your needs.
| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 has twin beds and a private balcony overlooking the pool and garden. Bedroom 2 has a double beds and looks out over the pool. Master bedroom has a Kingsize bed and balcony offering unobstructed panoramic views to the sea. |
| Bathrooms: | Master bedroom has an ensuite shower room with wc and basin. Spacious family bathroom with bath/shower, wc and basin. Downstairs shower room with wc and basin. |
| Kitchen: | A modern well equipped kitchen includes integrated cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. Unobstructed views to the sea from the kitchen window. Take the kitchen outside and make use of the BBQ for some al fresco dining. |
| Living Rooms: | The open plan living are has double patio doors at either end offering views to the sea and out over the private pool and fully enclosed garden. Comfortable sofa seating, TV, DVD player. Dining table & chairs for 6 people adjacent to the kitchen. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and white bed linen is included in the rental price as is sensible use of the air conditioning. Beach towels are not provided so please bring your own. A mid-holiday clean & linen change can be arranged for a additional charge. |

Villa Pandora benefits from air conditioning throughout so that you can stay cool on even the hottest of days.
The three bedrooms offer flexibility for differing size groups or families with children and the villa is bright and spacious and can easily accommodate 6 people in comfort.
The fully enclosed garden makes it an ideal space for children to play safely, although children should always be supervised whilst using the pool.

Outside
Villa Pandora has a particularly spacious outdoor area making it an ideal space for families and small groups.
Centered around the private pool, edged with mature flowering borders and full height fencing this offers a particularly private space to relax in.
You can recline on the sun beds enjoying a cool drink while catching some rays or enjoy a family BBQ around the large outdoor dining table. Spending time outdoors is a pleasure and Villa Pandora provides all you need to relax and enjoy yourself with family or friends.
If you want to head for the beach there are two choices within walking distance of the villa. The white pebble beach opposite the villa (just 200m) is quiet and stretches for a few kms along the coast, whilst the sandy municipal beach with sunbeds and water sports is just around the headland marked by the light house.
Coast/Beach
There are unobstructed views to the sea which is just 200m away to the rear of the villa. The nearest beach is a lovely white pebble beach popular with wind and kite surfers whilst just around the headland, and still only 5 minutes walk, is a sandy municipal beach offering sunbeds and water sports facilities.
Travel
The villa is ideally placed just 15 minutes from the airport yet is in a quiet semi-rural location away from the main busy tourist yet close to the centre of Pervolia village and to Larnaca seafront if you want them.
The villa is easily accessible by taxi but if you plan to do more than relax around the pool and wish to explore and make the most of what the area has to offer then a car will be necessary. A hire car can picked up from one of the many hire companies based at the airport.
Distances
Villa Pandora offers you an escape from the main tourist area bringing you added peace and privacy yet is only 15 minutes from the airport and the centre of Larnaca and just 1mile from Pervolia village.

A folder has been prepared and left in the villa for your use and is intended to provide you with information on the facilities around the area and to give you some pointers on what to see and do during your holiday.
The closest shops, where you can get all of your basic items, are just 2 mins drive/ 10 minutes walk away and there is a good choice of shops and restaurants available in Pervolia village and neighbouring Kiti.
A new cafe/restaurant has recently opened on the headland offering fantastic sea views as the backdrop making it a lovely spot for a drink or dinner.
Booking notes
Completion of our booking form and payment of an initial 25% deposit (if booking more than 6 weeks prior to your holiday) required at time of booking.
Balance payable 6 weeks prior to your holiday along with a refundable security deposit of £250.
