Changeover day
We are flexible on arrival days so you can find the best flights to suit your needs. Our checkin time is 5pm and out checkout time is 10am.

| Kitchen: | The kitchen is a separate area to the living room and has all the facilities you will need, washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven, hob and extractor fan, plus there is plenty of cutlery and crockery, Tupperware and cooking items. |
| Utility Room: | Although we haven’t got a utility room, there is a washing line with pegs, an iron and ironing board and we provide plenty of cleaning materials so you don’t have to purchase anything. |
| Living Rooms: | The living room has a comfortable corner sofa, with a flat screen 32’ TV, DVD player, satellite system, selection of games, DVDs and books. There are ceiling fans and air conditioning and there are coffee tables & reading lamp so you can just relax. |
| Other: | Our dining room has a lovely table and 4 leather chairs for you to enjoy your evening meals. The glass top makes it cleaning friendly and there is a table cloth if you have children. |

The apartment will be clean and prepared prior to your arrival and again when you depart. Should you wish for maid service then this can be provided at an additional cost. Sheets, towels, blankets and quilts are provided. |

Notes on accommodation
The apartment has ceiling fans in living room / bedrooms along with air conditioning units. The apartment is child friendly, we can provide a cot and high chair if required. There is also a playstation3 and games in the twin room, plenty of boxed games and DVDs as well. There are three televisions, two satellite boxes and DVD players as well. The apartment has a safe box and also a hair dryer for your use. There is an iPod dock as well in the living room.
Accessibility
The complex has both stairs and lifts to the apartment so access to the apartment is easy.
Outside
The apartment has a BBQ and table and four chairs on a nice size balcony. There are nice views as well of the sea and the pool area. The lanterns set a nice evening scene. The complex has an adult and baby pool for your use, plus a gym and tennis courts.
Coast/Beach
Protaras and Kapparis areas have stunning beaches. The local beach is called Firemans beach and is a sandy cove. Its only about a 3 minute drive from the apartment. Alternatively, there are many other stunning beaches including Nissi beach and Protaras famous beaches like Fig Tree bay which are within a 10 minute drive from the apartment. All of the beaches are clean and tidy, many have blue flag safety awards and have lifeguards on duty. Some of the beaches offer water sports as well.
Travel
Larnaca airport is the closest airport, its about a 40-45 minute taxi ride or by car. We can arrange transfers from the airport to the apartment for you or we can give you great car hire rates as well from a reliable company. We can provide you with instructions to the local area as well. We recommend a car to really enjoy your holiday.
Distances
Kapparis offers bars and restaurants and is only a 2 minute drive away. There is a large local supermarket only a 2 minute drive away and a 24 hour bakery seconds from the apartment.
Protaras will take about 5 minutes to reach by car and the old town of Paralimni is about the same distance. Pernera is in between Kapparis and Protaras and is only about 4 minutes by car and Ayia Napa would take about a 10 minute drive.
Further details
There are plenty of banks close by to change money and a local supermarket for stocking up. In the local area there are a selection of restaurants, including Greek food, Italian, Indian and Chinese. There are many leisure activities close by, Water Park, bowling, aquarium, shows and water sports.
