There is a shower, BBQ and plenty of space to sit and enjoy the sun. There is also a private area to park your car. This property is suitable for families or couples.

Changeover day
We request all guest arrive after 2pm and depart before 11am for housekeeping.

| Kitchen: | The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine microwave and dishwasher. There is ample cupboard space. |
| Living Rooms: | The sitting area has 2 bed settees, coffee tables, television with Satellite. The dining area has a table and six chairs. There is also a cloakroom downstairs. |
| Other: | There is a private swimming pool located at the rear of the property which has an outside shower, plenty of space to sit and enjoy the sunshine. There are sun loungers and if you fancy a night in plenty of space to sit or play on the grassed area. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels for showering are included in the price, likewise bedding. If you require extra sheet changing or cleaning, you can get in touch with our agent who takes care of the property and he will, with an extra cost, gladly help you. |

Coast/Beach
The nearest beach, Ayia Triada is a 10 minute walk and a 2 minute drive away. There are many more small bays scattered along the coast.
Travel
Larnaca Airport is a 45 minute drive. We can organise a taxi or car hire, please ask for more details when booking. Car hire is not essential.
Distances
There is a bus service available which passes the villa going to the nearest town of Paralimni where you can pick up the intercity coaches, (6 kilometres). Ayia Napa good nightlife (10 kilometres) and Fig Tree Bay, lots of family shopping and bars, (2 kilometres) away. Penera High St a short walk away.
Further details
There is a very good water park in Ayia Napa and a smaller one in Penera (2 minutes in the car). There are many water sports close by and ancient historical sites to view.
Booking notes
To secure a booking we need a £100 deposit per week and the balance must be paid, in full, 8 weeks before travel. We also ask for a cheque for £150 as a security payment, which will be returned within 21 days after inspection of the villa.
