Changeover day
The changeover day is flexible. Arrival can normally be arranged for any time of day, however flexibility may be required if guests are leaving the same day as your arrival.

Notes on accommodation
The living area and bedrooms are all air-conditioned. These can also be used to provide heating during cooler times of the year. All bedrooms have a hair dryer. No smoking inside the villa.
Outside
Villa Gemini benefits from a huge patio area surrounding the 10x5 metre illuminated pool. Six sunbeds and mattresses are available together with a patio table and 6 chairs for alfresco dining. The views of the sea and mountains are superb due to the bungalows elevated position. A pergola has recently been added offering a shaded area for dining or relaxing.
Coast/Beach
The bungalow is just a short drive from local beaches.
Travel
Ercan airport is approximately a 35 minute drive away or alternatively you can fly to Larnaca in the south. This is about 90 minutes by car. Transfers can be arranged if required. Although local shops and restaurants are within walking distance car hire is recommended. This can also be arranged upon request at reasonable rates.
Distances
The bungalow is situated at the edge of Alsancak village. This is approximately a 15 minute drive from Kyrenia, and about 10 minutes walk to local shops and restuarants.
Booking notes
A deposit of £100, for each week booked, is required and the balance should be paid 8 weeks prior to departure. A £200 bond is held to cover any repairs or breakages. This is refunded within 1 week of departure if not required.
