The townhouse comfortably sleeps six and is in the newly built (completed 2009) 5 Star resort complex of Royal Seacrest. This is a beautiful, modern, gated community with two swimming pools, kiddies’ pool and play area, two outdoor Jacuzzis and indoor gym. It is very well located within easy walking distance (5 mins) to all local amenities including restaurants, cafes, bars, car hire, banks, chemist, supermarkets, shops and beaches. There are plenty of things to do in the Paphos area. Set in a lovely quiet neighbourhood, just off the Tombs of the Kings Road, Paphos, Royal Seacrest is adjacent to the famous 4th Century BC Tombs of the Kings, UNESCO World Heritage Site. The old town and market of Ktima Pafos is a 10-minute walk, while the Kato Paphos harbour area, with its many restaurants, bars and picturesque harbour and promenade, is a 20 minute walk. Kefalos and Faros Beaches are just 15 minutes walk, while the best beach in the Paphos region, Coral Bay Beach, is a 10 minute drive.

Prices are for the property per week in Sterling and include taxes, electricity, air-conditioning and water charges. Book three or more weeks - get a 20% discount off the cost of the whole booking!
We accept payment in either Sterling or Euros through PayPal or bank transfer.
Paypal transactions are subject to a 3% surcharge.

Changeover day
Changeover day preferably Saturday, but this is flexible.
Arrival time is 2.00pm and departure time is 12.00pm.

Bathrooms: En-suite bathrooms, to both master bedroom and second bedroom, with shower and vanity unit in each.

Kitchen: Fully fitted kitchen with oven/hob/hood, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster, coffee maker.
Ample crockery/cutlery/glasses/pots/pans and kitchen utensils provided. Iron/ironing board, smoke alarm, first aid kit also provided.
Living Rooms: Dining room with seating for 6.
Living room with three-seater leather sofabed (extending to comfortable king-size bed), two-seater leather sofa, coffee table, Satellite TV/TV unit, Playstation 2 - also plays DVDs/CDs.

Linen and towels included.
Complimentary linen/towel change for stays of 2 or more weeks (at the end of each week).

Designated car parking space. 5 Star communal complex including two swimming pools, children’s pool and play area, Jacuzzis and indoor gym.

Coast/Beach
15 minute walk to Kefalos Beach and Faros Beach, the local beaches. 10 minutes by bus/car to Coral Bay Beach, the best beach in Paphos region. Bus service is frequent and reliable.

Golf
In the Paphos area there are a number of golf courses, three of which are Championship standard:
Aphrodite Hills Golf Course.
Minthis Hills Golf Club.
Secret Valley Golf Club.
Tsada Golf Course.

Skiing
Ski on Mount Olympus in the lovely Troodos Mountains during January, February and March.

Travel
Paphos International Airport, which serves most UK and European airports, is a 20 minute drive.
Airport transfers can be arranged in advance and paid locally. Alternatively, taxis are available at the airport.
Car hire is not essential as all amenities are within walking distance. However, there are plenty of car hire providers in the area.

Distances
300m to the Tombs of the Kings UNESCO World Heritage Site.
200m to restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarket, car hire, bank, chemist, shops, taxis (see local restaurants/bars). 15 minute walk to Kato Paphos and 10 minute walk to Ktima Pafos, old town of Paphos. 200m to bus stop and well served by buses to Coral Bay, Beach, Limassol and Nicosia.

Non-refundable booking deposit of £100 / €100 per week. Balance payable six weeks prior to arrival. Security deposit of £200 / €200 required payable in advance - fully refundable within two weeks of your departure subject to satisfactory property inspection. Bookings of three or more weeks attract a 20% discount against the cost of the entire booking! We accept all major credit cards through PayPal. We also accept bank transfers.
