Flexible, although normal check in times are 15.00pm and check out times are 11.00am, unless arrangements are made in advance.

Notes on accommodation
No smoking inside please but ok outside on the terrace area. All showers are pressurised. Our local representative is available throughout your stay to ensure that you have a completely relaxed and stress free holiday. Pets are not allowed. A welcome pack is provided (bread, milk, butter, tea, coffee, fruit and cereal). Any additional items at guests request will incur a fee.
Outside
There are ample sun beds with covered area, table and chairs on the large elevated terrace overlooking the large swimming pool, suitable for alfresco dining. Large covered BBQ area with separate fridge, table and seating.
Coast/Beach
There is a small sandy beach just 5 minutes drive away or a number of small resorts just 10 minutes away, all offering a number of water sports (fees apply) The charming harbour in Kyrenia is just a 20 minute drive away with affordable seafood tavernas.
Golf
Korinium Golf Club boasts an outstanding 18 hole golf course and an excellent Club House. It's location is east, past Esentepe, approximately 30 minutes from Karsiyaka, depending on travelling times.
Skiing
Troodos ski area in the South of Cyprus is a couple of hours drive away and is normally open in January and February.
Travel
'Katsigeni' is located just 40 minutes from Ercan Airport or 1 hour 45 minutes from Larnaca International Airport. Airport pick up can be arranged as can car hire if required.
Please note: Car hire is advisable for the duration of your stay.
Distances
There are two shops located in the village which are within walking distance and a number of larger supermarkets 5 - 15 minutes drive. The villa is 9 miles west of Kyrenia, including the famous harbour where you can take boat trips, visit the castle or sample the restaurants and nightlife.
Further details
The beautiful village of Bellapais with its Abbey and stunning views of Kyrenia is 30 minutes drive away, as is the mountain castle (ruin) of St Hilarion.
Booking notes
A deposit of £100 is required to secure your booking with the balance due 6 weeks prior to departure or in full if travelling within the 6 week period. A security deposit of £150 must be paid with the balance and is refundable (within 5 days of guests departure) on completion of our representatives inspection for losses/damage of property.
Guests are advised to ensure that they have adequate travel insurance. No liability will be accepted for any loss or injury.
