For families with children they will not get bored here. Our boys aged 7 and 10 years love the villa and its outside areas, whether they are playing football on the paved area, in the pool, chasing lizards or walking in the countryside to the back of the villa to see the local farmers animals.

Notes on prices
The above prices are based on 1-2 sharing. For 3-4 people add £100 to the above prices. For 5-6 people add £200 to the above prices. An additional £50 is charged for each extra person ( i.e number 7 and 8). No charge is made for babies/toddlers under the age of 2 years old. Short term winter rental is available from the 1st November to the 31st March. Price on request.

| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 with double bed on the ground floor has sliding doors leading out to the terrace with pool and garden views. Bedrooms 2+3 upstairs both have their own dressing table/chair, fitted wardrobes, with large balconies offering stunning sea views. |
| Bathrooms: | The downstairs shower room comprises of a toilet, washing basin and shower and is opposite the downstairs bedroom. The upstairs bathroom has a toilet, twin wash basins and a corner bath with shower. |
| Kitchen: | The spacious kitchen/diner is fully equipped with cool water dispenser, oven, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, cutlery, crockery and glasses for up to 10 people. Views onto the pool/garden with sliding doors leading to the terrace. Highchair for children. |
| Utility Room: | Fully equipped with sink, washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. |
| Living Rooms: | The spacious lounge area has a double height ceiling, views over the pool area and sliding doors leading to the terraces. The satellite TV has many English channels and kids channels to keep the younger ones content. We also have a DVD Player with films. |
| Other: | We have Games for adults, and a selection of books. For children we have books, games and toys as well as DVDs. A travel cot and a bed guard for small children is also available. |

Notes on accommodation
For occupancy of 2-8 persons. All bedrooms are spacious enough to accommodate our single foldaway beds without taking up too much floor space. These beds are comfortable and ideal for children up to 12 years of age. All bedrooms have air conditioning and portable fans.
The villa has marble flooring throughout which keeps it cool during the hottest weeks of the year. All windows and doors are sliding and are double glazed. Ceiling fans are located in the lounge.
Outside
The 5 x 10m overflow pool’s surrounding areas have non-slip paving, making this a safe place for children and adults alike. There are seating area's outside giving holidaymakers the choice of sitting on the villa’s terrace, next to the pool or in the garden to the right of the villa and takes in the mountain views. There are 9 teak chairs with cushions and 8 sun-beds with mattresses for use around the pool. We also have lilos and an inflatable boat for you to use. We advise that adults always supervise children when around the pool area.
Coast/Beach
Escape and Deniziki are two of the best kept beaches on the north of the island. Both charge a small entry fee for use of the sunbeds/showers/changing room facilities. Each have restaurant and bar and offer a variety of watersports including diving, windsurfing, parascending, water skiing and Jet skis. Both are very popular for families with children due to the protected, safe shallow waters and clean sandy beaches. Both are within 2-3 minutes drive from the villa or 15 minutes walk.
Golf
The new golf course at Esentepe is approx 30-40 mins drive from the villa.
Travel
Flights are available from most major UK Airports in to either Ercan, North Cyprus or Larnaca in the south. Bellevue Villa is 35-40 minutes away from Ercan and 1h 20 m from Larnaca. We have always used the same trusted taxi firm for any airport transfers. They are a small family run company that also rents out cars at competitive rates. Should you wish further information, we will gladly provide contact details.
Further details
Some people tend to use hire cars when visiting Northern Cyprus so they can venture out and explore the island. Bellevue villa is conveniently located so that you may not require a car during the whole of your stay. The local beaches, some excellent restaurants, bars and supermarkets are within a few minutes easy walking distance. Escape and Deniziki beach are just 8-15 minute walk.
Should you wish to visit further afield local buses called Dolmus run by frequently and will stop when hailed down anywhere along the coastal road. The cost from Alsancak to central Kyrenia which is only 7 minutes away by bus is only 3YTL per-person for a single journey.
Booking notes
A 20% non refundable deposit is required to secure a booking. The remaining balance is due 8 weeks before the letting together with a £150 security bond. The bond will be returned within 14 days of departure subject to any deductions due to damage/breakage.

A beautiful villa set in fantastic gardens, could not have wanted for anything as the villa is fabulously equipped and the gardens and pool where we spent much of our time was very well maintained. The location is great, being only 15-20mins from Kyrenia, and the local buses are very frequent during the day and early evening. We spent a very happy holiday in the villa and felt very much at home, when we did have problems with the water, it was sorted out very quickly. A relaxing home from home. We really had more use out of the villa than any others we've stayed in and that's a lot over the past 26 years cant think of anything we needed extra to what was there.
