Air conditioning throughout. Secure safe located in master bedroom. 2 bedrooms on the first floor have balconies both with table and chairs. Sofa bed converts to make the additional 2 beds required to sleep 8. Modern decor throughout. Plastic plates and cutlery provided for poolside and child use.
Meet and greet. As part of your holiday you will be met on arrival at your villa no matter what the time by our management company. They will show you a few basic's such as how the cooker/dishwasher etc work. Tell you where the nearest supermarket is etc

Booking notes
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure. Additionally a separate deposit of £250 (refundable) to cover breakages/loss, will be required along with the balance payment. This will be refunded upon inspection of our villa. Please note, we do not accept bookings for all male/female parties. Strictly no smoking allowed in the villa, although smoking is permitted outside (ash trays are provided).

Our names are Richard and Lorraine and we live in North Somerset near Bristol. We have been holidaying in Cyprus for many years and would eventually like to retire out there. We decided to invest in this property as an investment for our retirement. We have furnished our villa as we would like it to be at a high standard. We have had many lovely holidays in our villa and we would like you to enjoy your time at the villa as much as we do. All we ask is you treat our villa as you would your own home.
