The master bedroom has a balcony overlooking the pool at the back of the house. There is another balcony at the front of the house. There's a pool shower, and a large sun terrace with table chairs, and sun loungers and BBQ. The pool is 12 by 4m. 150m from Pernera beach, 200m from Louma beach, 50 metres from shops and tavernas of Pernera. Located in a quiet and peaceful spot, situated between two big towns which are less than 5 mins drive away. 5km from Ayia Napa.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. An additional £75 per week if more than 6 guests are staying to cover additional cleaning.

A refundable security deposit of £350, £500 for groups larger than 6 is required.

Check in is 4pm on the day of arrival, 11am day of departure. Earlier check in/ later check out can be arranged at an additional cost depending on availability.

Changeover days are flexible. Check in time is 4pm and check out is 11am. This can be more flexible, depending on availability.

Bedrooms: Room 1 with king size bed, en-suite and balcony overlooking the pool/ back garden. Perfect for eating breakfast/having a drink.
Room 2 with twin beds.
Room 3 with double bed, facing the front of the house.
All rooms have built in wardrobes.
Bathrooms: En-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 with shower, wc.
Family bathroom with bath/shower over, wc.
Downstairs cloakroom/wc.
All bathrooms are contemporary dark wood and white porcelain. Outside pool shower.
Kitchen: Fully fitted Italian kitchen with granite work tops. Includes fridge and freezer, oven and grill, hob with extractor fan, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster.
Utility Room: Iron, ironing board, clothes airer, hair dryer, cot with bedding, stair gate, highchair and potty. Ceiling fans fitted.
Living Rooms: Open plan lounge and dining room. Lounge looks out to the pool and garden. Includes 32 inch flat screen TV with Satellite. DVD player, iPod compatible radio. 2 double sofa beds. Dining area with seating for 10.
Other: All rooms have built in wardrobes with plenty of storage. There are two balconies, one at the front of the house and one at the back - attached to the master bedroom. Great to catch the sun rising and setting.

Towels and linen are included. The property is cleaned before and after the stay. Extra cleaning can be requested with an additional charge. A complimentary welcome pack on arrival.

Notes on accommodation
Air-conditioning in every room so the temperature can be easily controlled. All the bars offer free WiFi- less then 2mins walk from the villa.

Outside
The private pool is 8 x 4m. Outside table and chairs, which seats 8, with four sun loungers BBQ, sun umbrella and outside pool shower. Also includes pool inflatables. The garden has been landscaped. The front of the villa has a gated drive, with parking for two cars.

Coast/Beach
150 metres from Pernera beach, 200 metres from Louma beach. All beaches have white sand and clear blue, clean water with sun loungers available for hire and water sport facilities. Great for all water sports including scuba diving, and fishing.

Special interest holidays
Great area to do watersports- kayaking, canoing, scuba diving. Great for walking around the national park and geo-caching. Great for rock climbing. You can get a good few of the 'Ghost city' and there are a lot of historical sites.

Travel
65km, 45 min drive from Larnaca airport, 120 mins from Paphos airport.
Car hire is not essential as all you need is in easy walking distance from the villa and there are plenty of taxis and a local bus route if you want to explore further.

Paralimni 5 mins drive. Protaras 5 mins drive. Ayia Napa 15 mins. Larnaca 45 mins. Troodos mountains 90 mins drive. Pathos 120 mins drive.

Further details
The villa is situated in Pernera, between Paralimni and Protaras two busy towns, and 5km from Ayia Napa. There is plenty to do in the area, with a small water park and aquarium both 2km from the villa, or in nearby Ayia Napa is the largest water park in Europe; WaterWorld. Cape Grekko National Park is 8km away, great for walking and scuba diving in the Sea Caves.

Pernera, set in a quiet and very pretty location, has many bars, tavernas, restaurants, shops and a lovely beach. There are plenty of activities for the friends, families and couples to do. Your holiday can be as lively or relaxing as you want it to be. Pernera’s local sandy beach is also the host to a small church, café, children's playground, watersports and a fishing harbour.

Protaras. If you fancy going a little bit further a field then Protaras has Fig Tree Bay with bigger sand beaches only a short 3km journey down the road. Protaras has a multitude of restaurants, bars, cafés, watersports, tourist shops, excursions and a good night life. Whether you choose a dance at one of the club's or a quiet drink at one of the music bars. There is plenty to keep all guests entertained day and night.

Ayia Napa is a well known part of Cyprus famous for its night life but, Ayia Napa is more than just night life. There are large sandy beaches with restaurants and bars, as well as places for guests to shop. If you want to look for the real Cyprus go and see the Monastery which can be found in the centre of Ayia Napa.

I just want to tell you how much we enjoyed staying at Crystal Lagoon. It is a beautiful house and has so many interesting things to see and do nearby. Although we went out of season it was warm and sunny and wonderfully quiet, ideal for a relaxed break instead of being here in the UK. We were pleased to know that we were missing the heavy snow falls. We returned refreshed but sorry we hadn't been able to stay longer. - Catherine and Alan Olver
