Notes on prices

Notes on accommodation
Immaculate villa kept to a high standard, with quality furniture and stunning panoramic views over the Med and Paphos.
Central heating by radiators, optional extra. For ultimate comfort should you decide to come and visit during the winter months. The villa is suitable for couples, ideal for two families to share, as the two families could enjoy the benefit of 2 bedrooms on one level, and the other 3 bedroom on another, giving maximum privacy. We welcome children, although young children would require some supervision on the balcony and gallery. Please note, more suitable for children over 5 years old. No all female/male groups, without prior approval from the Owners. Unsuitable/disabled.
'Welcome Gift' on arrival with chilled white wine, red wine, tea, coffee, milk, water, sugar and biscuits. Also Pre-arrival shopping service on request. Hallway has a wall safe fiited for your valuables. Optional Extra, taxi transfers and heating for pool/central heating.

Plus large cream Colonial style umbrella, for the pool area. Private parking for at least 6 cars.
Coast/Beach
Vardas Beach and restaurant, 10 minute drive away through the banana plantations. The famous Coral Bay, is just a 15 minute drive. Water sport facilities. The fishing harbour at Agios Georgios is approx 25 minute drive.
Golf
Cyprus is the new Jewel in the crown for golfers. There are 3 Championship 18 hole golf courses, par71/72. Tsada Golf Club, just 20 minutes by car from Paphos town. Secret Valley golf course 18km east of Paphos, and the New 5 star Aphrodite Hills just a little further on.

Approx 35 minute drive from Paphos Airport, 1hrs 45 mins Larnaca Airport. We would recommend car hire for this villa.

Paphos Town is about 8km away. Vardas beach and restaurant 10 minute drive. Coral Bay sandy Beaches and Watersports a 15 minutes drive. The lovely beach and fishing boat harbour at Agios Georgios is 25 mins drive away.

The Villa is situated in one of the most sought after areas in Tala, it benefits from being close to Tala Square, which is fast becoming renowned for its excellent restaurants with panoramic views over Paphos. Here are a few of the restaurants within walking distance from the Villa, and there are many more within a few minutes drive.
Vrasidas Tavern traditional Cypriot cuisine speciality Cyprus Meze, some evenings live music. This one just 5 minute walk.
Masa Soura Tavern traditional cuisine Greek and Cyprus Meze, and many traditional dishes.
Stamna Tavern traditional Cypriot cuisine served in an authentic atmosphere.
The Square Bistro International cuisine serving many delicious dishes, some evenings entertainment. Voukanie Restaurant run by an English couple, very popular serving all types of food.
Melitzia Tavern a very smart large Stone House serving traditional Cypriot food at very reasonable prices, Cyprus Meze a speciality. Cypriot night once a week with traditional dancing in the summer season. Natasha Karola traditional Cypriot cuisine, Traditional dancing weekly in the summer season. Rosies Tavern/Bar very popular serving food and drinks nearly all day.
Marios the ever popular Cypriot bar serves lunches, excellent prices for drinks and food. 10 minutes walk.
The Gallery/Coffee/Art/and Wine. Up market wine bar in a leafy courtyard setting, selling local wines from the area.
All in the square and just a 10 minute walk away.

A 30% deposit is required to secure a booking, (non refundable) balance 8 weeks before departure, plus £350 Key/security deposit, held against any damage. Fully refundable, providing no damage.
