An electronic safe is provided for your passports and valuables. The services of our Property Manager are available 24 hours 7 days a week, if required.

Outside
The balcony has comfortable table and chairs with shade. Relax while overlooking the landscaped gardens, large lagoon pool with waterfalls and outside Jacuzzis. Bliss!
Coast/Beach
You are within walking distance of the EU Blue Flag beach in Paphos. The popular beaches at Coral Bay are a short, 15 min bus ride away.
Golf
There are three world-class courses within a 20-min drive.
Secret Valley GC is an 18-hole championship standard course, Yardage: 6120 (Par 72). Handicap cert. required. This prestigious course lies in a scenic valley with beautiful natural rock formations and large trees all around.
Tsada GC. Holes: 18 (designed in 2 loops of 9) Championship standard. Yardage: 6060-5091 (Par 72). Handicap cert. required. Tsada GC is set in the grounds of a 12th century monastery which lies in a beautiful valley, 550m above sea level, ensuring cool breezes during the summer. Fairways are lined with thousands of trees and scattered with sand bunkers.
Aphrodite Hills GC. 18-hole Championship course, (Par 70-71) Handicap cert. required. In groves of carob and olive trees on 2 high plateaux divided by a ravine, overlooks the Mediterranean with most holes enjoying superb sea views.
Skiing
During the winter skiing is possible on Mount Olympus. Drive from the beach to the slopes in one hour!

Travel
The apartment is 20 mins drive from Paphos International airport. Taxi & car hire is available at the airport. However, car hire is not essential as the apartment is centrally located. A regular local bus service to Coral Bay and neighbouring towns & villages stops close to the apartment. 24 hour meet, greet & transfers can be organised to and from Paphos airport for a small additional charge.
Distances
The property is ideally located 400 metres to the bars and restaurants (located on the Tomb of the Kings Road) and 800 metres to the coastline. Popular Paphos town the charming harbour with its restaurants, shops & bars are within comfortable walking distance. It is a pleasant 15 min drive to Coral Bay.

The brand new Royal Sea Crest Apartments enjoy an incredible location in Kato Paphos, very close to the sea, minutes away from the famous Tomb of the Kings and within walking distance of all amenities. The town centre and harbour are only a short walk and are well supplied with a variety of restaurants, clubs, bars and shops. Paphos has a large variety of attractions: historic sites, golf courses, water sports, wildlife and water parks to name a few. You can jump on a bus to take the kids to the fantastic local water park - just show your bus ticket at the entrance for a full fare refund!
Spa facilities are available at the nearby Elyssium Hotel, 800m away.
There are good bus services to the main shopping areas around the harbour and the bustling market area in old Paphos. Also around the harbour area is an array of traditional tavernas, British pubs, clubs and bars.
Paphos also has a large variety of historic sites and the apartment is a short walk to the Tomb of the Kings, a UN heritage site. It's ideally located for short trips to Egypt and Israel – transforming your holiday to Cyprus into a unique experience.

Deposit of 25% required on booking. Balance is due 6 weeks before the start of the holiday. A £200 refundable security deposit is required. My name is Anne Mackenzie and I'm very pleased to be the owner of this apartment. I'm a senior solicitor working in Glasgow but love to travel, especially to warmer sunny places like Paphos. It's very important to me that my guests have a wonderful holiday and that they feel relaxed and comfortable in the apartment. I've tried to ensure that the decor and appliances are to a high standard and that everything you need is provided. The bed has a superior mattress to ensure that you have a good nights sleep as it's a pet hate of mine to sleep in an uncomfortable bed. I provide a visitors guide with lots of information on where to go in the area and things to do, lots of top tips for you! I'm fortunate to have an excellent property manager who will be on call for you 24/7.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
I purchased this apartment because it is in a prime location in Paphos, a great base to explore the island from. However, if you just want to stay local everything is within walking distance. Whether it's restaurants, shops, culture and history, pubs/clubs, sea and sand - they are all near by. It really has something for everyone! Paphos has a long holiday season because of the great, sunny weather. It's a wonderful place to escape the British weather during the winter. The sunsets in Paphos are incredible and the locals are so friendly and welcoming. The apartment is a home from home in the sun. It has beautiful, large pools, Jacuzzis and a gym. You can also just walk down the road for a swim in the sea - bliss!

As well as being a great price for the standard of accommodation you can save so much money having all your food and drinks readily available in your own fully equipped kitchen. Have coffee on the balcony when you wake in the morning and a cool beer in the evening with no room service charges to pay!
Having property managers on call 24/7 gives guests the benefit of knowing that they can get assistance at any time if required. Alan & Jan are an English couple who now live in Cyprus. They are so friendly and helpful and can even do your shopping or collect you from the airport for a small extra charge (cheaper than a taxi!).
