A beautifull 3 bedroom villa with stunning views with private pool (8x4m) in superb location overlooking pine clad mountains and the Mediterranean. Outside terraces with sunbeds and BBQ area. All rooms are air conditioned. TV, DVD player, Hi Fi system with CDs, books, safe, games compendium, hairdryer and local mobile phone (pay as you go). Smoke alarms, cot, high chair. Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds and Euros.
Free transfers from Ercan. Long winter lets POA. All inclusive prices-carhire pick ups are available. Transfers from Ercan Airport are free when hiring a car. A saving of £80 when coming from Ercan. 15% discount is for 2 week booking or more - up to 4 people. 10% discount is for 2 week booking or more - 5 to 6 people
Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. You will gain access to the villa as
long as it has been cleaned ,if it is a change over day.
Vacating the property is flexible,as long as no one is due.

water in reserve on the property plus access to a private
well, we do not suffer through the water problems.

Coast/Beach
The closest sandy beach is about a 5 minute drive where there are sunbeds and food facilities available. Changing rooms and toilets. A beautiful beach in a cove. Other villas available on request.

Esentepe golf and country club. 18-hole championship course
6600 yards. 30 bay driving range - 37 golf carts, 30 mins
from our villa. Opens in September 2006. Scuba diving available. Tandem paragliding for the adventurous. Sky TV for football close by. Can arrange sailing at local sailing school.
Travel
Although Ercan Airport is the closest to the property it is advised to fly to Larnaca (Republic of Cyprus) where a transfer will be arranged for the continuation of your journey. Car rental will be arranged on request. Flights are cheaper to larnaca. Ercan Airport is only 45mins from the villa and transfers are free when hiring a car, it is worth inquiring flight prices as this can save £80 transfers from Larnaca. I will try to find flights if required.
Distances
Alsancak is a 2 minutes drive away (10 min by foot). Kyrenia is a 15minute drive and the coastal road is 4 minutes away. There is a large supermarket 3 minutes drive away from the property. The next village, Lapta, is also a few minutes drive.
Further details
Kyrenia (Girne)- 15 mins drive. Situated on the north coast of Cyprus, Kyrienia (Girne) boasts a 6,000 year long history whose legacy has left the remains of countless civilisations. The miles of natural beaches, tranquil sea and mild climate makes this an idyllic Mediterranean town.
Booking notes
25% payment is required on booking and a £100 breakage deposit which will be returned at the end of the booking. Balance payable 8 weeks prior to holiday.
