If you want a peaceful location with fantastic views where you can sit in the evening with a drink, dining alfresco (maybe grilling on the barbecue) enjoying the sunset followed by moonlight and stars, this is the place for you. The interior designed villa, with internet is superior to many in the area, however, it is the unobstructed 180* views enjoyed from the large garden, dining table and sun loungers that put it in a league of its own. Villa Pegasus is situated minutes from the prime golf course of Secret Valley. It is also 5 minutes from Aphrodite Hills golf resort which homes the resorts own village square with restaurants, shops, children playground and Kid's Club, the health spa, tennis academy and golf clubhouse. If you prefer the more traditional way of life, then the village of Kouklia is very close by and show the true Cypriot hospitality at its best! It is an ideal get away from it all location, but within a few minutes drive of the main resort of Paphos.

Notes on accommodation
The villa has air-conditioning throughout which also serves as heating in the cooler winter evenings. A travel cot and booster seat/ high chair is available free of charge too.
Accessibility
The villa is accessible by means of the double opening wrought iron gates. The villa is then accessed by several steps up to the pool and garden area, which then lead to the villa. The second floor is accessed via a wide marble staircase. This villa may not be suitable for wheelchairs users.
Outside
The outdoor facilities will make your holiday even more individual. The main veranda is just the thing for entertaining and has a table and chairs perfect for dining alfresco. A traditional Cypriot BBQ is there for use during your stay. The pool in view of the open plan living area of the villa, something quite reassuring for families.
Coast/Beach
There are a number of beaches just a short drive away. 5 minutes away is the beach at Aphrodite’s Rock and 10 minutes away is Mandria Beach. The picturesque Pissouri Bay with it's blue flag award beach is only a 15 minutes drive away. Coral Bay with its large sweeping sandy beach is about 40 minutes away just the other side of Paphos. At both these beaches water sports are available as well as an excellent choice of restaurants and bars.
Golf
This villa is situated close to three excellent 18 hole golf courses. The nearest, Secret Valley Golf Club is just a 5 minute drive and offers stunning panoramic views within a scenic valley. It has a driving range, chipping area and putting green. The spacious clubhouse with its restaurant and bar facilities makes it an ideal setting to relax after a game of golf. Open daily from 07.00 - 19.00 al-a-carte menu. Friday and Saturday open until 10pm. Sundays - Carvery Buffet Lunch.
Aphrodite Hills Golf Complex is only a 10 minute drive away and has a championship course which follows the picturesque contours of two plateaux that are separated by a central ravine. The clubhouse here offers delicious specialities and breathtaking views.
Tsada Golf Club is only 30 minutes drive away and is located in the grounds of a monastery.
Skiing
The Troodos Mountains offer winter sports and is less than an hours drive away. In certain winter months you can ski in the morning and then relax in warm sunny days around the Paphos area.
Travel
Car hire is recommended. Paphos International Airport, 10 minutes drive. Secret Valley Golf Resort, 2 minutes drive. Aphrodite Hills Golf Resort, 5 minutes drive.
Distances
Kouklia village is situated only a couple of minutes drive from Villa Pegasus and is a traditional Cypriot village with two supermarkets and a village square containing three restaurants with a wide choice of food and a tavern that plays live music. Both Paphos and Pissouri are only a 15 minute drive away

‘Villa Pegasus is perfect for those wanting to get away from it all. It's secluded, private and very peaceful. I went with my husband, 7yr old son and 4yr old daughter. They all loved it! The villa was our home from home. It is a brand new villa, completely spotless. It had everything we needed. The air-con machines in each room are fantastic! There were lovely views from the balcony and the decor is very up to date.
We were about 20 mins from Paphos Town, so it was easy to see the places of interest. The Sanctuary of Aphrodite in nearby Kouklia is interesting. We also travelled up to the Troodos Mountains, Paphos Bird and Animal Park, Coral Bay, Limassol, Nicosia, Polis & Latchi.
I would definitely recommend this Villa to everyone. I just wish we could have stayed for longer. Thank you very much for making it a fantastic holiday!

About the owner
We are Kelly and Ian and are from the East Riding of Yorkshire. We love our villa in Secret Valley, Kouklia but can't be there all the time as we have friends, a young family and work here so we take pleasure in sharing it with our guests. We first stood on the hillside looking across the sea from our villa in September 2007 and fell in love with it. The property was completed in January 2008 and we were delighted with the superb finish and spaciousness especially the huge terrace with it’s panoramic views. We furnished it to a very high standard aiming to make it somewhere we could be proud of and would be happy to let when we can't be there. Our objective was achieved-we have been fully booked, have had brilliant feedback and we love it and believe you will also.

Also, the perfect location for golf as well as the location which just off the main motorway (don't worry, far enough away so you dont see or hear a single thing!!), means we are ideally situated between Paphos, Pissourl and Limassol, as well as heading up into the Troodos mountains - just perfect!!
