Lovely apartment located on the luxurious Patara City set between the stunning Besparmak Mountains and the azure blue sea. Fully secure with gated security, equipped and fully furnished. The property has mountain views, small private balcony and modern throughout. Facilities include indoor pool with showers and sunbathing terraces, tennis courts, shops, bank, gatekeeper, private parking. There is a small supermarket selling fresh bread daily, fresh vegetables and all essential foods and toiletries-open until midnight just along the back of the apartments. 10 mins walk to the town with it's large array of shops, restaurants and to Kyrenia's bustling and charming harbour, full of yachts and fishing boats, mountain backdrop and beautiful sea, creating an idealic atmosphere for an ideal relaxing holiday!

Kitchen: Open-plan kitchen/diner with built in multifunction oven, hob with 4 gas burners, extractor hood, fridge/freezer, washing machine, kettle, iron & ironing board, crockery, cutlery & pot/pans. Dining area with glass top dining table & four chairs.
Living Rooms: Living room has a large sofa and a two seater sofa which both convert into sofa beds. The furniture is modern and stylish including a 'Dogtas' coffee table and TV cabinet. There is a TV, DVD player and CD player. Choice of movies and DVD's available.
Other: The apartment has large windows that open out two ways. The balcony is accessed through the patio door that leads from the lounge. There is private covered parking beneath the apatment. Small Private Balcony with table and chairs to seat two.

Coast/Beach
There are several beautiful unspoilt beaches close by- aprox 10 mins by car or taxi, the most popular is Escape Beach which has a restaurant serving fresh fish and popular Mediterranean dishes. Attached is the very stylish ICE Bar serving cocktails, fresh juices etc. A short distance is also Turtle Beach where at the right time of year you can see many turtles along the sea front.

Golf
The new Korinium Esentepe Golf and Country Club is within a 20 minute drive from the apartment and is the first 18 hole international standard golf course in Northern Cyprus. This stunning course boasts the usual range of features, including greens, sand bunkers and water hazards. The 6,600 yards-long course is set amongst natural greenery and scenery, including mature trees and shrubs, so it feels like a long-established golf course. The greens are watered from two man-made reservoirs, to reduce the environmental impact on the North Cyprus water reserves. This course also boasts a gorgeous new club house and 200 seat restaurant, bars and terrace, in which non golfers can relax whilst the golfers enjoy the use of the course buggy's to take the strain out of this 6,232m course and enjoy the spectacular views over the beautiful Mediterranean Sea.

Skiing
Approx 2 hour drive from the apartment
Cyprus has it all sun and ski. The snows on Mount Olympus are a fantastic way of spending a winter morning in the Ski Cyprus arena.

Travel
You can fly into Larnaca airport or Ercan airport. You can hire a car at either airport or catch a taxi to the apartment which cost about £50 euros. It is not essential to have a car once arrived as everything is walking distance but may want to hire a car if you wish to explore the mountains or visit others areas along the coast.

Distances
Transfer from Ercan airport is approx. 40 minutes, and from Larnaca approx. 90 minutes. Patara City is located on Raif Denktas Caddesi (past the 20th July sports stadium on the right) in a quiet area close to the centre of Kyrenia. It is close to all amenities and is within 10 minutes walking distance to one of the most picturesque harbours in the Mediterranean, with its abundance of bars and restaurants to suit all tastes.

Further details
There is a shop open until 12 midnight right next apartments for all essentials, there are many ATMs dotted around to get cash. You may decide to explore the island and enjoy the wonderful views, history and mountains or for the more adventurous you may like to hire a boat and cruise the Mediterranean coastline, go scuba diving, paragliding, wind surfing or jet skiing. Horse riding and fishing trips are also a popular choice. Cyprus is hot and sunny all year round so those of you who enjoy the less intense heat may wish to book for the latter months of the year, Cyprus enjoys lovely weather in September, October and November.

£100 deposit required-this will reserve your dates and serve as the security deposit. Paperwork and details will then be sent out to you.
