Notes on accommodation
Smoking is not allowed anywhere within the villa and no pets are allowed. The villa is fully fenced and gated for privacy and child safety. The adjacent pool is separately fenced and gated. However you are responsible for supervising your children at the pool. No young single-sex parties please. Welcome packs can be provided. Internet access is available at Kafkaros Tavern (300 yards). Air-conditioning, electricity and water costs are included in the price.
Outside
Patio furniture for six persons, table and umbrella. Barbecue. Sunbeds at the villa and at the adjacent large pool (9 x 5m). Although it is shared with only four other similar holiday villas the other occupants rarely use it.
Coast/Beach
Mimosa Bay and Oyster Bay are a few minutes' walk away and it is just an eight minute stroll to Konnos Bay, one of the most famous beaches in the area, set in the heart of the Cape Greco National Park. Fig-Tree Bay with its long sandy beaches and watersports and Protaras are only a 5 minute drive. Many other beaches, including Ayia Napa and Waterworld are within ten minutes' drive.
Golf
One and a half hours to three 18 hole golf courses.
Skiing
Winter skiing in the Troodos mountains 75 minutes' drive.
Travel
Larnaca Airport is a 40 minute drive and Paphos Airport about 1 hour 45 minutes on the excellent motorway network. Car hire is useful and easily arranged either locally or at the airport, but is not essential as the villa is on local bus routes to Protaras/Paralimni/Ayia Napa and Waterworld. Airport transfers can be arranged on request.
Distances
Ayia Napa 8km, Protaras 2km, Paralimni 5km, Border point 8km. Larnace is a 40 minute drive, Nicosia one hour, Limossol one hour twenty minutes, the Troodos mountains one hour fifteen minutes and Paphos two hours.

Maps and information on a wide range of local activities are available in the villa. A 5* Hotel is only a few minutes walk and boasts indoor and outdoor pools, spa/gym facilities, cliff-top bar and exclusive night club, all open to non-residents. A supermarket is 50m and a range of tavernas, bars and restaurants are within easy walking distance. Internet access is available at Kafkaros Restaurant 2 minutes walk away, where you can also watch televised sports you don't want to miss. And ladies, you might be tempted by the wide range of charming boutiques in Paralimni, where prices are very reasonable.
Booking notes
A 25% deposit to secure booking (full payment if booking within 8 weeks of the holiday), with the balance payable not less than 8 weeks before the start of the holiday. In addition, a refundable breakages/damages deposit of £200 is required with all bookings, payable before arrival and refunded within 7 days of departure. Sterling or euros accepted. We advise you to take out full travel insurance.

We had a fabulous week in this villa, everything was so convenient. The villa is in the National Park which is so beautiful. We had many walks along the coast path stopping on the way back for a drink. The villa is well furnished, bright, well appointed with lots of coathangers and spotlessly clean. The house has made our stay very pleasurable indeed. My friend and I stayed with our combined total of 4 kids and there was more than ample room. Everything you needed was at hand and the house was fully equipped - it really is a home away from home. Very clean and immaculately kept. The location is perfect, nice and quiet with a good amount of tavernas within walking distance. Hi, I'm Graham and I live in Dublin with my wife Margaret. We especially wanted to buy in Cyprus as it is a gorgeous island, the people are extremely welcoming and of course the sun always shines. The area around the National Park and Konnos Bay is simply stunning. We decorated and furnished the villa ourselves and it is our home in the sun. We're sure you will feel equally at home there.
Why the owner chose a home in this location
Cape Greko is a peaceful and quiet location with Konnos, one of the best beaches on the island on your doorstep, just 8 minutes walk! Protaras is a family orientated resort with shops, bars and restaurants only 2 minutes drive from the villa and of course Ayia Napa is just 15 minutes drive (or frequent bus ride, 24 hour service) where you will find all the night life you could possibly want.
