The kitchen includes an oven/hob, fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle etc.
There are two bedrooms, one double with an en-suite bathroom. The twin bedroom has two single beds. There is also a separate bathroom with shower over the bath.
There is a large outside private balcony with sun loungers, table, chairs and umbrella.

A superb 3-Bedroom Apartment with two double bedrooms and a family bedroom with a double bed and single bed. All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedsides/lamps and dressing table.
There is an en-suite bathroom and separate bathroom with shower. The living area has a corner suite and furnishings including plasma TV/DVD. There is a large table and six chairs. The kitchen is fully fitted.
There is a large veranda to the side and front of the apartment with sun lounger, table, chairs and umbrella. All the furnishings are to a very high standard.

 

Notes on accommodation
Air-conditioning is included in the price, but we ask you to please turn the air-con off when you are not in the property as it is very expensive to run. All the properties are suitable for children and the communal pool is fabulous.

Accessibility
The properties are suitable for wheelchair access as you have mobility toilets on the ground floor area near to the pool, and also there is a lift to all the accommodations.

Outside
The garden area around the communal pool is well maintained with beautiful lawned areas. There is a large kidney shaped swimming pool with a jacuzzi of which is cleaned on a regular basis - it is a shared pool with fantastic views.

Coast/Beach
Dhekelia Road has a long stretch of bars and restaurants. There is a wide range of beaches to be found but we would recommend you to have a car to travel to various places.

Skiing
There is a skiing resort about 45 minutes drive in the Troodos mountains where most people go and have a really good time. This is the only skiing resort in Cyprus but you will find it is well worth a visit.

Travel
The nearest airport is Larnaca and it is about a 15-20 minute drive to the apartment. We would recommend a car as you can travel all over Cyprus and see many interesting places.

Distances
The nearest village is in Pyla a five minute or so walk to the nearest restaurant. The nearest town is in Larnaca a 15-20 minute drive there you will find beaches restaurants, bars and a variety of shops to suit everyone.

Further details
There are plenty of local supermarkets, banks and shops for you to visit. Also there are plenty of hotels where you can go and use the facilities ie gym, sauna and steam room etc. You must also go and see some of the many attractions such Aphrodite Rock Fig tree bay and much much more. Go to Ayia Napa for Europe's largest water park.
