Nearby golf courses also make this a perfect retreat for golf enthusiasts! The villa is in a brand new development (opened 2009). The complex is idylic and has outstanding leisure facilities including 2 large outdoor swimming pools featuring stunning waterfalls and an air conditioned gymnasium. Gardens are well maintained with paved walkways and beautiful landscaping, creating an open, warm friendly atmosphere. Guests staying at the villa are guaranteed that it is methodically clean. The accommadation itself has been finished to a high standard and it has been furnished with modern contemporary furniture throughout. It is well equiped making it a home from home!

Changeover day is not fixed and can be changed to meet the needs of guests, although this must be discussed on booking.

Notes on accommodation
Heating and air conditioning units are located within each of the rooms to make your stay more comfortable at no extra cost. Solar powered hot water system with electric water pressure system. Hairdryers in two of the bedrooms.
Outside
This is a brand new innovative development completed to a high standard (opened 2009). A small holiday complex, ideal for walking or cycling. There are two large outdoor swimming pools with waterfall feature. One of the pools has a spa pool. The property has a very large furnished roof terrace with a large wine/beer fridge and I-pod dock, also, an awning to provide you with comfortable shade when required. There is also a sun terrace furnished with large table and comforable chairs for outside dining. The property is surrounded by a small private garden and has parking facilities by use of the private driveway. Large outdoor BBQ (recently installed) provides a ideal oportunity to cook outdoors and soak up the all year round weather!
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is at Timi. Just 6 minutes drive from the house. The most popular beach is found at Coral Bay a 25 minute drive from the house. Here you will find beautiful white sandy beaches. Water sports are found in abundance here and include wind surfing and water skiing.
Golf
There are four 18 hole golf courses.
Tsada Golf Club (par 72, 6060m) is the closest, just 20 mins from Polis towards Paphos. Secret Valley Golf Club (par 71, 5904m) is 18km east of Paphos. For further information and reservations on either course call Cyprus Golf Resorts 26 64 27 74/5. Aphrodite Hills is an international standard gold course, country club and Spa (par 71, 6299m). Call 28828200. Vikl Golf and Country Club (par 70, 5200m) is 20 km north-east of Limassol call 25622894.

Booking notes
A refundable deposit is due with the balance to cover damages and loss etc. Lost keys or damage while in the villa will be charged on site by contact. A 20% deposit - non-refundable is required to secure the reservation with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure date. If booking is made within 8 weeks of departure the full amount is due on reservation.
