Ideal for all types of holidays such as walking, scuba diving, conservationists, horse riding and many historical sites to visit for the explorers. A car is recommended to get around and explore this beautiful island. Driving is relaxed and easy with good road links to Ercan airport, Kyrenia and Famagusta. The new coast road to the Karpas makes for a very enjoyable journey with stunning views to the sea and mountains.

Changeover day
Change over day is flexible, dependant on other guests.

All rooms have air-conditioning, these can also be used as room convection heaters in the winter months.
Accessibility
This is a ground floor apartment which in our view is suitable for disabled wheelchair use. The apartment is open plan and has only one step from the car parking area to the back of the apartment.
Outside
The terrace area has 2 armchairs and 1 double settee with coffee table in the popular Ratan style for relaxing during the day and evening. The chairs can be used inside for extra seating, if required. The apartment has a garden to the front and along the side to a large planted garden at the back, planted with fruit trees, herbs and plants.
Coast/Beach
Rocky beach is only 5 min drive with beautiful sandy beaches 15 min away heading towards Kyrenia or Tatlisu.
Golf
The international 18 hole Korenium Golf club is within easy reach, just 10 min by car.
Travel
Nearest airport is Ercan which is 40 min drive along the new mountain road. Ercan is in North cyprus, flights must first touch down in Turkey. Direct flights can be made to larnaca, travelling time by car is approximately 1.5 hours. Transfers can be arranged from both airports. It is recommended to hire a car to get around the island and enjoy it's many towns and villages. Car hire companies and airport transfers can be recommended.
Distances
There are small restaurants and bars within 5 min drive. Small villages are within 10 minutes drive, with their own laid back charm. The main towns of Kyrenia and Famagusta are approximately 30 min drive away.
Further details
The town of Kyrenia is a must with it's lovely horseshoe bay lined with restaurants and bars, this town really comes alive at night. Don't forget to explore all the alleyways and side roads for more bars, they offer a different vibe. There are many supermarkets along the main drag towards Kyrenia but there are two close by, either turning right out of the complex 5 minutes down the road or left to a larger store 9km away. Having a car gives you so much freedom to explore the many beaches, castles, and towns. Famagusta and Bellapais Abbey are two beautiful towns worth taking a visit. Close by facilities include horse riding, scuba diving, mountain walks and numerous casinos. The remote Karpas is 1.5 hour drive away where wild donkeys roam the unspoilt countryside.
Booking notes
A deposit of 25% to be paid to book your apartment, the remainder to be paid 4 weeks before travelling. £100 cheque to be given as bond against breakages/damages, this will be returned after your holiday if everything is in order.

Hi, I'm Malcolm and my wife, Gillian and I have been married for 23 years. We have two grown up children Andrew and Isobel. Gill and I both work, so getting out to Cyprus regularly is quite difficult, one of the reasons we decided to rent our apartment. I work as a draughtsman and Gill as a outreach Nurse. We both enjoy our jobs, but would love to have more holidays. I enjoy football, golf, rugby, painting and photography. Gill enjoys reading, rugby, cooking and just chilling out, when her busy schedule lets her. We hope you enjoy your stay at our apartment and treat it as a home from home.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
We picked the Sea Terra Reserve site because, it's a beautifully laid out complex with every apartment having a sea view. Our apartment is at the top of the complex and has an intimate feel with a stunning pool to the side, landscaped with plants and shrubs, rosemary, bougainvillea and olive trees. During the warmer months the Reserve lives up to it's name with lizards, dragonflies and other interesting wildlife, you may be lucky enough to see a Hare or even a long eared hedgehog. Perfectly located in a conservation area 30mins east or west from Famagusta or Kyreina, only 10mins from a fantastic 18 hole golf course and only 2 hours from the undiscovered Karpas peninsula where you will find miles and miles of beautiful sandy beaches.
Unique benefits of the property
Our property is comfortably decorated and has TV, cable TV, DVD player, radio and ipod docking station. We have many books, a collection of DVDs, board games, cards and backgammon to keep all ages occupied.
There are two sun loungers, rattan table and chairs a small bar-b-que for use outside to sit and enjoy the wonderful views.
