Spacious first floor accommodation with fully fitted kitchen/diner and through lounge with terraces overlooking communal pools to rear and beach to front. Site located just outside the picturesque fishing village of Bogaz with a pretty harbour and friendly local restaurants. Basic beach with gently sloping shallow water located 2 minutes walk from the front door. Numerous other beaches nearby in the Famagusta bay area. Additional attractions include the Roman ruins at Salamis, St Bernards monastery and Othellos tower. Famagusta and the new 18 hole golf course at Esentepe are within 30 minutes drive.

Kitchen: Modern well fitted luxury kitchen incorporating gas cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Kettle and toaster along with all necessary cutlery and crockery present.
Utility Room: Washing machine, clothes horse, ironing board and iron. Located on ground floor.
Living Rooms: Spacious living area comprising 3 sofas which includes 1 double sofa bed. Large flat screen TV with DVD player (no sky) Full width patio doors leading to front terrace with stunning views Famagusta Bay. Folding garden chairs present.

No special facilities but access from ground and 1st floor level.

Outside
The site has lovely landscaped gardens with loungers and umbrellas. There are three large pools and a small children's paddling pool. There is a bar/restaurant and a mini gym. There is also a communal room where books are available for reading and where you can also relax. Villa has its own parking with a small front and rear garden set to lawn.

Coast/Beach
There are several beaches within the Famagusta Bay area. The site does have a basic beach. Bafra beach favoured by many locals is a 9km away.

Golf
An 18 hole golf course is located in Esentepe (50 minutes drive).

Special interest holidays
Scuba diving is available in Bogaz. Bicycles are available for hire. Roman ruins at Salamis are within 20 mins drive.

Travel
Flights are either to Larnaca in the South necessitating border crossing and additional travelling time of roughly an hour. Taxis can be arranged for direct and simple transfer for an additional cost of about £50. Alternatively flights to Ercan in the North with a stopover in Turkey are available from most UK airports. Car hire can be arranged from Airport - journey time to Sunrise Beach Club is approximately 45 mins on quiet dual carriageway.

Bogaz 2 miles. Famagusta 13 miles. Salamis ruins 6 miles. Kyrenia 50 miles. Nicosia 30 miles.

Further details
It is now easy to cross the border between North and South Cyprus but cars hired in the North are not allowed to cross the border and vice versa. Several restaurants located nearby and there is a modern supermarket approximately 10 minutes drive away.

Booking notes
A non refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure the booking. Balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure, together with a £100 key/damage deposit, which will be refunded within 14 days of return.
