Changeover day

The lounge consists of leather sofa, coffee table, TV (aerial does not allow viewing of TV at present), DVD player, access to the terrace.
All air con costs, bedlinen and towels are provided in the accommodation fees.

The apartment offers two good sized bedrooms each with a double bed, bedside units with lights and mirror. The bedrooms have full length fitted wardrobes with coat hangers. The blinds are all blackouts and each room has it’s own air-conditioning unit.
The bathroom comprises of a good size comfortable bath with shower unit over bath that has good pressure and a shower curtain. There is a well lit sink with mirror, a shaving socket and a standard WC. Linen and towels are provided.
The kitchen has many items you need to be self catering inc. oven and ceramic hob with extractor, upright fridge freezer, washing machine and all the utensils, pots/pans, crockery and cutlery.

 

Notes on accommodation
The property is air-conditioned in both bedrooms. The accommodation is situated on the 1st floor of the complex block and gives you full use of the
communal swimming pool. There are sun loungers and can be used by all guests staying on the complex.

Outside
The communal area has been designed for you to enjoy the Cyprus weather all year round. The pool has a water feature and sun loungers which can be used at any time of the day.

Coast/Beach
This property is just 800 meters to the local beach, and within a short drive, you are able to access the rest of the award winning beaches on the island. Some are pebble and some are sand giving you the best of what you would like. Accessibility around Cyprus couldn't be easier. All road signs are in English and they drive on the left, so getting to the beach you want would be a piece of cake!

Golf
The Golf Course is in Paphos, approx 120 - 150 kms from the apartment.

Skiing
Skiing in the Troodos Mountains - about 80/100 kms from the apartment

Larnaca International Airport is located just 10 minutes from this property, making accessibility perfect once you have landed. Pathos Airport is on the other side of the island and by car this will takes just under 2 hours to drive to.

Minutes walk away you will find the pretty village of Pervolia, which is where the property is situated. Around this village you will find other places such as Mazotos and Kiti. All not far to the local beaches, and all offering internet cafes, traditional bars, tavernas, restaurants, supermarkets etc.

About the owner
I live in Bedfordshire and I have always wanted a place abroad. It is one of my first property investments, and I have since bought another in Cyprus. I have really enjoyed being able to use them myself and to let others enjoy them too. I have a very good professional company to mange my property for me, and also help me with furniture. I wanted it modern rather than traditional and am very pleased with the way they both have turned out. When I am not trying to advertise my properties I enjoy keeping active. We are in a keep fit culture and I try to do as much as I can... apart from when I am in Cyprus and then I indulge in the local cuisine!

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
The area of Pervolia, is ideal for what I wanted. The property is located just a 5/6 minute walk away from the village Square, so I knew I could get everything I wanted without going too far. As soon as I saw the location, that was it for me. I used to come and go as I pleased but over the last 6 months I wanted others to enjoy it too. The property is on the second floor so views of the village are beautiful. The people are friendly and also welcome you in to the village, so a weekend there is always great fun. I have worked hard to find a management company to assist me with bookings and they have been great. They are in the village next door, Kiti, so perfectly located for when I need them at short notice. They are also the emergency contact for all guests staying at my apartment.

Unique benefits of the property
With having such a good sized property it can sleep up to 6 people, and possibly 7 or 8 with the hire of fold away beds. The terrace is 56 square meters so you can enjoy the warm weather in the summer. I am always out there. Being a Penthouse, it does have an en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom, and the terrace does span the whole width of the property. The kitchen is very modern and I think the silver goods really set it off. It took me a while to furnish the property as I wanted to get it just right. Modern, tasteful, and user friendly. I think it has worked a treat!
