Close to airports, Ercan Airport is 30 minutes and Larnaca Airport is 60 minutes which offers flights with Easyjet & Monarch. Korineum Golf Course & Country Club is 45 minutes drive.

Notes on accommodation
There is a dual air conditioning throughout which cools in the Summer and heats in the Winter. The log fireplace can also be used through the Winter months to give extra heat and provide a warm cozy atmosphere.
The accommodation is family friendly with large areas to run and play in the garden. Childrens programmes available on the satellite channels.
Outside
The property is fully tiled for convenience surrounded by beautiful Cypriot shrubs and with vibrant flowers to make sitting in the garden enjoyable & relaxing. The villa has a delightful private entrance with landscaped gardens and a sitting area on the patio platform at the front of the villa with table, chairs/parasol. The property offers a 5m x 10m private overflow pool and generous garden space with a shower, sitting area with dinner table and chairs/parasol and BBQ. 8 sun loungers with cushions. Two additional parasols.
Coast/Beach
Local beaches include Bafra towards the Karpaz peninsular. Towards Karpaz are some totally unspoiled beautiful deserted beaches. Some of these are home to nesting Loggerhead Turtles. Sea temperature is 23-27 degrees from June to October. Bogaz beach is 10 minutes drive as are other local beaches. Famagusta Bay is one long beach with many restaurants, sun loungers and shades and lots of little nooks and crannies to explore.
Golf
Korineum Golf Course and Country Club is 45 minutes from the Villa. Also offers massages and fantastic dinners.
Special interest holidays
Scuba diving is available in Bogaz. Waters are beautifully clear and warm. There is an abundance of marine life and wrecks to explore. In addition, there are other general watersports available such as snorkelling and sailing. Fishing trips also available from Bogaz harbour or Kyrenia.
Travel
Ercan Airport is 30 minutes drive from villa. Taxi transfer can be organised by Owner.
Larnaca Airport is more popular due to the low cost airlines such as Monarch and Easyjet. Flight time is shorter. Transfer to villa is 1 hour. Taxi transfer can be organised by Owner.

The luxury villa is located in a peaceful location just minutes away from the coast, the villa offers spacious and safe modern living. Located in the fisherman's town situated in the south of Karpaz. The villa offers you a fantastic view of the Mediterranean and the Kantara mountains. The villa is spacious and marbled throughout and fully air-conditioned. There are patio doors to either side of the ground floor where the lounge offers a cosy fire place for chilly evenings. It offers you all you need for a fantastic holiday. Good location as there are well known fish restaurants, European restaurants, Turkish restaurants and also a local Chinese restaurant nearby. There are numerous bars at the harbour, supermarkets, shops, a bank, fishing boats and tour activities are offered throughout the day. Famagusta also offers a number of historical sites, shops bars and discos. There is also a Bowling Alley and Go Karting 15 minutes drive. North Cyprus has a typical Mediterranean climate with long, warm and dry summers from mid-May to mid-October and mild and wet winters from December to February. In July and August the temperature is in the mid-30's, but the sea breeze makes a pleasant atmosphere in coastal area. Bogaz is a beautiful coastal village on the southern edge of the Karpaz Peninsula where the best beaches of Cyprus are to be found.
