This beautiful villa is light, spacious and comfortably furnished and has all the amenities needed to ensure the perfect holiday. Patio doors from the lounge and conservatory lead on to the large patio areas, which offers stunning views of Paphos and Coral Bay. The perfect place to relax with a chilled glass of wine or iced cold beer. If the temperature rises, take a dip in the large, private swimming pool then relax on the comfortable sun loungers. Sun worshipers may want to try the roof terrace. A short stroll takes you to the village square where you will find a good choice of tavernas, restaurants and shops. Tala is a typical Cypriot village with a lovely church and tiny winding streets leading to the square. Paphos town and harbour and the fine sandy beaches of Coral Bay are a ten minute drive away. Changeover day
Changeover days are flexible. We will always try to accommodate early/late arrivals and departures when possible.

Notes on accommodation
Ceiling fans are located in the lounge/dining areas and all three bedrooms. Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms. (a small charge will be paid locally).
A cot and bedding is available free of charge. Car seats and highchairs can be rented locally. 1 further guest can be accommodated on comfortable "Z" bed. There will be a charge of 25 euro per week for the "Z" bed (payable locally).
Non smoking - outside areas only. No pets. Suitable for children - gated access to swimming pool. Villa and grounds all on one level. Private drive with parking for 2 or more cars. You will find a useful information pack in the villa containing maps of the area, places of interest, bars and restaurants and a list of useful telephone numbers. A contact number is also provided if you need help during your stay. We can arrange taxi transfers from airport to villa and provide car hire at very competitive rates. Let us know your requirements. Keys delivered to villa on your arrival in Paphos.

Villa and grounds are all on 1 level so no stairs to climb.

Private, mainly paved enclosed garden with lemon and orange trees, rose bushes, bougainvillea and flower beds. Private drive with parking for 2 or more cars. Fully furnished patio areas, allowing you to enjoy those stunning views of Paphos and Coral Bay in comfort. 2 sets of dining tables and chairs, large Parasol to providing welcome shade and barbecue for those all important alfresco meals. Large private swimming pool with sun terrace. 8 sun beds and sun shades, table and chairs. Pool shower area. Gated access for safety. There is also a Roof terrace for topping up the sun tan and offering 360 degree panoramic views. The gated access can be locked for safety. The pool, garden and terraces can be illuminated at night.
Coast/Beach
Coral Bay, with its extensive fine-grained sandy beaches and calm clear blue waters is 10 minutes drive away.
Golf
Tsada Golf course is 10 minutes drive.
Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills are about 30 minutes drive.
Skiing
Troodos mountains offer skiing in the winter months. Approximately 2 hour drive.
Travel
Pahpos international airport is approximately 25 minutes drive. Larnaca Airport can be reached in under 2 hours.
Car hire is not essential but is recommended as Paphos is an ideal center from which to explore the regions lovely coastline and unspoilt hillside villages.
Distances
Tala village offers a good choice of tavernas, restaurants and shops just a few minutes walk away. Other villages within a short driving distance are Kissonerga, Chlorakas and the Coral Bay area, offering a wide range of amenities.
Paphos town and the Harbour are within 10-15 minutes drive away. Polis and Latchi on the west coast are easily reached by car in 45 minutes. Nicosia, the islands capital, is about 2 hours drive.
Further details
Tala village has a good selection of restaurants and tavernas, offering Greek, English and Italian food as well as snacks and superb Sunday lunches. Traditional Cypriot dancing is often available in the nearby restaurants and always very popular.
Mini supermarkets, Bakery providing delicious cakes, bread, croissants and selection of meats, cheeses etc., chemist, dry cleaners are all close by.
Larger supermarkets and banks are a 10 minute drive away.
Paphos town is approximately 10 - 15 minutes drive away and offers a large choice of pubs, bars, restaurants and discos.

A perfect family holiday. All our children had a great time, we could not get them out of the pool. Lots of space for the children to play also.
