Only 20 minutes drive to the historic old town centre of Famagusta itself, surrounded by its medieval fortress wall and displaying ancient historical monuments, you can enjoy a mixture of history with a bit of retail therapy and culinary delights. Nearby attractions also include the famous Salamis ruins, St. Barnabas Monastery, the quaint fishing village of Bogaz and the oddity that is the ghost city of Varosa. Also close to the airports, you can reach Ercan airport in 30 minutes and Larnaca airport in only 90 minutes. Korineum Golf Course & County club is only 60 minutes away. How exciting!

There are steps up to the front door which form the balcony.
Outside
Two patios, one front and one back with extra space at side of the house. Great for bbq's. The pool is shared, but is very private.
Coast/Beach
Local beaches include Bafra approx 10km towards the Karpaz peninsular. Towards Karpaz are some totally unspoiled beautiful deserted beaches. Bogaz 5 mins walk away, Famagusta is one long beach with many restaurants, sun loungers and shades and lots of little nocks and crannies to explore.
Golf
Korineum Golf Course & County club which is 60 mins away. Absolutely lovely. Idea for massages and an excellent dinner.
Travel
Ercan Airpot is 50 mins from Villa, taxi transfer is available from the airport or ypu may wish to hire a car. Which will give you greater accessibility to the Island.
Larnaca Airport is on the South side and is about 90 mins away. if you hire a car here additional insurance will be need at the boarder to come into the North side. It is approx £25 for 3 weeks.

Site 9 Magnolia is located in Iskele the fishermans town situated in the south of Karpaz. This villa offers you a perfect view of the Mediterranean and of the Besparmek mountains. This special villa offers you all you may need, there are wellknown fish restaurants, many different bars at the harbour, supermarkets, shops, fishing boats and tour activities are offered to you all throughout the day. The villa is a short walk from the beach.
The villa meets all your comfort and holiday expectations and is only a 20 minutes drive to Famagusta. The villa consists of 95 sqm double semi detached 2 bedroom optimum holiday houses. The bottom floor consists of an entrance that leads to the sitting room, a kitchen, toilet and sink. The kitchen and sitting room is decorated with ceiling ornaments. On the first floor there are two fitted wardrobe bedrooms, with balconies, bathroom, toilet and sink. There is a front, back and side garden as well as a car park at the entrance. You have the opportunity to refresh at the communal swimming pool whenever you wish to and can make the best of the sun. Ercan airport is approx 40 minutes to the villa. Car hire is available at the airport or in the village.
North Cyprus has a typical Mediterranean climate with long, warm and dry summers from mid-May to mid-October and mild and wet winters from December to February. At the peak of summer in July and August the temperature crawls to the mid-30s, but the sea breeze makes a pleasant atmosphere in coastal areas. In the interior of the island the temperature during the coldest months is between 7 and 15 °C. For outdoor swimming, temperatures are perfect from May to October. Some braver souls swim as early as April right through to the end of November.
Bogaz (pronounced Bo'az since the g is silent) is a beautiful coastal village on the southern edge of the Karpas peninsula, where the best beaches of Cyprus are to be found.
