On a small 32 apartment complex (completed in summer 05)with communal pool and gardens. There is also a shallow pool for children, and terraces for sunbathing. Private parking for residents. This apartment is on the ground floor. All furnishings, equipment and utensils are new. Emba village has tavernas, a bank, mini-supermarkets and even a theatre! A large supermarket is only just over half a mile away.

Changeover day
Changeover day is Wednesday although this can be flexible outside of high season. Arrival after 4pm but could be earlier by prior arrangement. Departure by 12 noon.

Notes on accommodation
Rooms are spacious and airy and the terrace around the pool and shallow kids' pool has sun loungers for use by guests. There is a large patio, accessible from the lounge and from bedroom 1 and there are landscaped gardens and allocated parking. Both bedrooms have split units for air conditioning or heating, and fans are provided for extra comfort in the living areas. Welcome pack on arrival can be arranged.
Coast/Beach
Emba village is situated between Paphos and Coral Bay. Paphos and its many different beaches is a 5 mins drive away and Coral Bay which is a self contained mini resort with beaches, restuarants, bars, shops, is approx 10 mins drive from the apartment.
Golf
Tsada Golf Course is 15 mins drive from Paphos and Secret Valley is near Petra tou Romiou, Aphrodite's Rock, 18km from Paphos on the road to Limassol.
Skiing
Skiing. sledging and snowboarding take place in the Troodos Mountains in the winter, Mount Olympus is almost 2000m high, and is a leisurely 90 mins drive from Paphos.
Travel
Paphos Airport is 25 mins drive. Larnaca Airport is 90 mins drive. Car hire is recommended.
Distances
The nearest villages within 5 mins are Chlorakas, Kissonerga and Lempa en-route to Coral Bay, which have nice tavernas. A forty min drive will take you to the lovely coastal villages of Polis and Latchi (Latsi) at the beginning of the Akamas Penninsula.
Further details
There are many watersports on offer in the area, and diving is particularly recommended if visiting Latchi Latchi Watersports at the harbour where you can dive out at St. George Island and also investigate the boat wreck near Fontana Amorosa (only accessible by boat). Jeep safaris (Troodos or Akamas) are a great way to explore the more rugged terrain, and horse riding can be found beyond Coral Bay (George's Ranch). There is a waterpark in Paphos and 2 in Limassol which is a 45 min drive away.
Booking notes
Long term lets are available at special reduced rates.
A non-refundable deposit of 25% will secure your booking with the balance being due 8 weeks prior to departure along with a £75 damage and key deposit. This damage deposit will be refunded within 10 days of your return.
