The entrance of the villa has a nice luscious garden and parking space for two cars. The back of a villa has a garden of predominantly herbal plants surrounding the pool. The veranda faces the pool and the golf course. The terrace upstairs is around 65 sq. metres. A portion of it is covered by a fabric canopy. The views here are panoramic. This terrace offers the ideal setting for chilling out/entertaining and romantic dinners.

1km from the relaxing Cove Beach (across resort's entrance).
15km from the luxurious Zias Beach Club (shuttle bus service).
Golf
The villa faces the 1st tee of the 18th hole championship golf course of Aphrodite Hills.
Travel
Paphos International Airport is only fifteen minutes drive away. There is a good number of companies flying there like: British Airways, Cyprus Airways, Easyjet, Flythomascook and Thomson Fly. You could rent a car (recommended).at the airport or get a taxi for around 15 Euros. Do check the airport's official website, it has a lot of useful information.

15km to Paphos town with all its amenities (Paphos Archaeological Park, Tombs of the Kings, Agios Neophytos monastery, mediaval fort).
15km to the charming village of Pissouri.
40km to Akamas peninsula (stops: Polis Chrysochous, Latsi and Pomos).
25km to Coral Bay.

Village square, with restaurants and supermarkets, is only a 3 minutes walk from the villa.
The resort offers an 18-hole championship course, a Golf academy; competition-class tennis courts with tennis academy; luxury health spa with Greco-Roman thermae; and an excellent fitness centre. Nearby are the luxurious Zias Beach Club, the relaxing Cove Beach, and Aphrodite's Riding Club with excellent horse riding facilities. All these can be used by the guests at discounted prices.

In order for your booking to be confirmed we must receive your deposit or full payment. For bookings made more than 40 days before your scheduled arrival, a non-refundable 25% deposit is required. July 08 - A better holiday we could not have wished for. Fabulous villa, very clean and had everything we needed. Kids loved the pool – parents loved the roof terrace. Great location close to the resort centre was also ideal for us with young children. Was also great to have everything we needed for children’s mealtimes (bowls, cutlery, etc.)
August 2008 - The villa has been first class – clean with excellent facilities – all we could need for a fantastic holiday. The Aphrodite Hills resort is great – we could not have asked for anything more – the fact that the children can join in the activities organized by the hotel was another option for us.
September 2008 -Had a fantastic holiday. I would definitely recommend it and would love to come back too.

About the owner
I am Lambros Schizas. I am originally from Cyprus but i have been living and working in London for the last 14 years. I am an architect working as an Associate in a successful West End Architectural firm. Being a very active person I love going to Aphrodite Hills because of its excellent golf,spa, gym and especially the tennis academy.
Why the owner chose a home in this location
I bought the villa jointly with my family and my partner 3 years ago following a holiday at Aphrodite Hills. We fell in love with the resort and chose that villa because of its gorgeous terrace and great location. For me the villa is a great escape from the London winter blues but also a great retreat for relaxation. I also love the area because its a great location for exploring the best parts of Cyprus. We called the villa Harubi which is Greek for Carob. That was because of the beautiful carob tree that sits opposite the pool area.
