Our ground floor apartment offers wonderful accommodation, over looking its own garden and communal gardens with a sea view, the large communal swimming pool is just a stones throw away. A 15 minutes walk brings you to the traditional village of Tala and its Cypriot square with tavernas, Bistro's, bars and mini supermarkets. Set in a quiet location that enables you to escape the busy commercial areas of Paphos when you want too. But just a 15 minute drive gets you into the heart of Paphos, Coral Bay, Tomb of the Kings or to Tsada Golf Club.

We are flexible with change over days apart from during school holidays when weekend arrival / departures are appreciated.

Notes on accommodation
Our apartment is situated on the ground floor with its private garden leading to communal gardens and swimming pool area, idea for people of all ages including young children.
Private parking bay supplied.
Accessibility
Our apartment is situated on the ground floor, from the car bay there are three steps down to our entrance door. From our garden there is a stepping stone crazy path down to the pool area so if you have difficulty walking then it's recommended to use the main access via the enterance door and parking bay to the pool area.
Outside
Relax with a cold drink in our beautiful private garden that as been featured in the Daily Record newspaper and Pafilia Property Developers brochure. Dining table and sun loungers are available at no extra cost. Communal gardens extend down to the lovely pool area with palm trees and a lovely breeze from the sea.
Coast/Beach
10 minute drive to the lovely Vardis beach, 15 minute drive to the famous Coral Bay with its water sports and bars.
40 minutes to the Akamas Peninsula where construction is banned and so its very peaceful and natural.
Golf
MINTHIS HILLS GOLF CLUB formerly Tsada Golf club is just 15 minute drive. Situated on the Tsada mountain. SECRET VALLEY GOLF CLUB is on the other side of Paphos and just past the airport, about a 45 minute drive away. Aphrodite Hills Cyprus Golf, probably the nicest and most challenging course is only 45 minutes away again.
Skiing
During the months of January and March you can ski in the delightful Troodos Mountains, this is a two hour drive to the resort.

Travel
Paphos Airport is approximately 25 minutes drive to Tala (20kms). Larnaca Airport is approximately 11/2 hrs drive to Tala.
We recommend car hire because of the quiet location.
Distances
Tala is the nearest village which is a 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk uphill from the apartment. Kissongera is a 5 minute drive away. Coral Bay is 15 minutes. Paphos is 15 to 20 minute drive and Tomb of the Kings is 15 minutes away.

Our apartment folder holds many exciting facts like taverna guide, where to hire bikes, emergency numbers and much more all to help you enjoy your stay in our lovely apartment in Cyprus. Tala Village has two family run supermarkets that stock most things apart from fresh meat and fish.
Booking notes
Easiest way of booking is via e-mail. A non-refundable deposit of £100/week is required to confirm bookings. The balance must be paid six weeks prior to departure date. If a booking is made within six weeks of the holiday, then full payment must be made at the time of booking to ensure confirmation of the booking.
If required we can provide taxi numbers and hire car details.
