The stoned garden is fully enclosed with a lockable gate, making it safe for children. It has an attractive marble tiled patio, garden furniture and barbeque are supplied. There is also a private parking space at the side of the house. It is ideal for both couples and families seeking a peaceful location, with lots of on-site facilities and close to the local amenities of Kapparis. 5 minutes drive will take you to Paralimni town centre or the border to Famagusta. Protaras - which boasts the lovely Fig Tree Bay is also nearby. 15 minutes drive will take you to the busier Ayia Napa where you'll find plenty of shops and can have fun at its large water park.

Notes on accommodation
Hot/cold air conditioning in all rooms. Cots and highchairs can be hired at a supplement. Please note this is a non-smoking property suitable for couples and families. No pets please.

Fully enclosed garden, with marble-tiled patio, outdoor furniture and private parking space. Two large, communal pools/children's pool. Ample sun loungers at both pools. Tennis court. Pool bar serving snacks open during the high season.
Coast/Beach
Close proximity to the on-site communal pools, tennis courts and gym/spa. Pools are enclosed and for use of Kyklades residents and guests only. Within walking to the local sandy beach - Ayia Triada, which is ideal for families.
Special interest holidays
Numerous scuba diving schools located in the area. Unlimited free use of on-site gym for guests. Spa, salt cave, treatments, hairdresser and fitness classes are available for extra charge.
Travel
Larnaca airport is 40 minutes drive away. Taxis or hire car can be arranged.
Distances
Approx 1km to Paralimni. 1.5km to Penera. 3km to Protaras, 10km to Ayia Napa and 48 km to Larnaca.

Numerous local amenities can be found within walking distance, including a large hypermarket, local supermarkets, resturants, banks and shops. A bus stop is located outside the complex where you can can catch the local bus to Protaras and Ayia Napa.
A fully equipped gym is available for guests at the on-site Demari Wellness Centre. Beauty, Spa treatments and various fitness classes are also available at a charge.
Booking notes
On confirmation of booking a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total cost is required. Full payment to be made 6 weeks prior to departure. Full payment will need to be paid if booking if less than 6 weeks from depature. A £100 security deposit (in case of damages) will be required and will be returned at the end of your stay.

We had a wonderful time in Cyprus. We found the property clean, tidy, very well equipped - the air-conditioning was a huge bonus on the days when the temperature reached 40 degrees! The local restaurants were plentiful and varied and we enjoyed the pool (and its snack/drinks) everyday.

About the owner
We are two hard-working parents living in Belfast, Northern Ireland with two children - Adam, 16 and Aimee, 14. We have always loved our holidays in the sun and fell in love with Cyprus on our first visit some 20 years ago. We've been taking the children to Cyprus since they were toddlers and they now love it as much as we do! We love the climate, beaches, food and people. The whole island is worth exploring.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We love this area as it has some rugged coastline and lovely beaches too, all within walking distance. It is a quiet area, where traditional Cyprus meets modern. The area has plenty of restaurants to choose from, supermarkets, pubs and nightlife if you want that too.
Unique benefits of the property
We chose a house rather than an apartment as we wanted plenty of space, especially outdoor space on ground level to sit outside and enjoy the lovely sunshine and barbeque anytime we wanted. We furnished the house with comfort in mind. It is a real 'home from home' with all the mod cons needed for a family. We also chose a house on a complex with a communal pool so the children would have company. There are also plenty of facilities for them so they won't get bored, especially now that they are teenagers! The added bonus is the on-site gym for us and the wonderful spa and treatments available at very competitive prices.
