The apartment was completed Jan 2008. It is on the ground floor in a very good position on the corner of a block of apartments surrounded by villas. The pool is 5 mins walk away with children's pool and play area. Ideal location for weddings, all the big hotels within walking distance. Adams Beach, Nissi Beach, Aeneas hotels nearby if you're going to a wedding in Cyprus. A short walk takes you to the supermarket, shops, restaurants and pubs all within walking distance, just off Nissi Ave. As you walk along Nissi Ave you will see all the restaurants and pubs and the centre of Ayia Napa is a 20 min walk away. There is a bus stop nearby and plenty of taxis close at hand. A short bus ride will take you too one of the best water parks in Europe 10 mins by bus or short taxi ride - also 30 mins walking if its not too hot. This place is ideal location for a beach holiday or just chilling by the pool - it has everything! The square is 25 mins walk for clubbers.

No particular changeover day. Guests normally leave apartment for 11.00am. If no one arriving that day there is no hurry to leave we can be flexible.

Bedrooms: 1 bedroom with en-suite.
There are 2 sofa beds in the living area and a fold away bed. If needed a cot is for hire. Wardrobes in bedroom also a safe is fitted for cash and passports etc.
Bathrooms: 1 en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet.
There is also a separate toilet off the living room with wash basin. Hairdryer.
Kitchen: Includes cooker, oven, hob, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, all knives and forks a cold/hot drinks machine iron, iron board, pots, pans.
Living Rooms: Bedroom/living room/local Sat in both rooms/2 DVD players, 2 TVs 1 flat screen TV living area , air-con in both rooms, 2 sofa beds, a large table with 6 chairs, drinks machine. Patio area, huge south facing. 4 loungers and parasol fitted.
Other: Private parking bay. A safe deposit box is fitted as well in the room.

Clean towels upon arrival and clean bedding is included in the price. A midweek clean is available at a cost if required. Also welcome packs, drinks, food etc etc if required also for a charge. If needed contact owner before departure.

Notes on accommodation
Apartment is great for kids and families alike and couples. We would prefer no stag parties/hen parties or large groups. This is a great area for holidays and the beach.

Accessibility
On the ground floor, there are no specific problems for people in wheelchairs etc etc, the only problem I could see is getting in and out the bath. Other than that, the area is okay for people with mobility problems.

Outside
Large south facing patio, a table and 4 chairs, also 4 sun loungers and a parasol. There are 2 pools, a separate pool for children, a play area, as well there are football pitches within walking distance, which the locals don't mind you playing on.

Coast/Beach
10 minutes from Nissi Beach. Also just new cheap flights from Gatwick easyjet.com and jet2.com from Leeds Bradford airport.jet 2 from Newcastle to pathos airport a bit further from Napa but some cheap flights. If you re hiring a car or been to Cyprus before, Monarch airways from Manchester as well to Larnaca.a new bus service has started running in napa its 1 euro anywhere around napa and 2 euro for a day ticket buses run until 430.am a big saving on taxis they run every 10 minutes .

Golf
Pathos has golf course, a 1.30 hour drive.

Skiing
Troodos mountains in winter months.

Travel
Larnaca airport is 35 mins by taxi or there are also some good deals on car hire. They drive on the same side as us in England. Shuttle buses drive into the centre of Ayia Napa. Drop off and pick up services can be arranged if needed. Taxi fares about 45 euros from airport 45 euros back. Shuttle buses cheaper.

Distances
The centre is less than a mile away. Nissi Beach less than 10 mins walk, the harbour is 25 mins walk, the water park 15 mins by bus. Shops, tavernas, restaurants all within walking distance from the apartment.
Places of interest Pathos 1.30 drive. Bus trips to Troodos mountains as well. Visit Farmagusta the ghost town about 30 mins away. Loads of water sports nearby, water skiing, para gliding, boat trips, banana boats, scuba diving, pedalos and that's just Nissi Beach, also Macrinnoss Beach.

Further details
Banks and exchanges are just around the corner. All local shops, restaurants, bars etc are within walking distance. Just come out of complex turn left and walk along Nissi Ave, the further you go along there the more restaurants, bars, designer shops etc there are. Keep going along to the harbour there are a number of fish restaurants, cooking freshly caught fish and a good choice of English and Cypriot dishes as well. There is another large beach in the centre of Ayia Napa also the boat trips that leave by the harbour. See the dolphins and visit Cape Greko also Farmagusta. There is also a McDonald's and Burger King in the centre of Ayia Napa as well as some excellent restaurants and chic pubs/nightclubs. Also the square if you're young and lively. There is something for everyone, be it just staying by the apartment or going to one of the many restaurants.

Booking notes
To book, a £100 deposit is required non refundable. The balance must be paid 4 weeks prior to departure. Also £100 deposit is cover for any damages or breakages, which will be returned upon your departure from apartment once the apartment has been cleaned and checked over by management of the apartment.

I am 44 years old I have a wife and 10 year old son. We bought this place in Cyprus because its so relaxing and safe and friendly and greta for my son who loves the water and beach.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
The whole place is great it has everything you could want. The complex is quite yet its not out of town like some places. Everything is less than 10 mins walk away the beach, the shops and the resturants are all walking distance. Nissi Beach as well Nissi Ave has all you could want resturants and loads of things for the kids too. Keep them amused, play areas in most of the resturants and pubs while adults enjoy a meal and a drink, the kids are playing safely. As for other reasons we love Cyprus its so friendly, the wether you can depend on, they drive on the same side of the road as well and its so laid back.

Unique benefits of the property
Relaxation the apartment has everything you could want you wouldnt have to move of the complex. If you got your shopping in you could just chill on the balcony or sit by the pool or watch TV or a DVD and take it easy.
