Well maintained family residence, very clean, fully equipped home from home. Re-decorated for 2010 throughout. We have 1 golden rule if things are not good enough for our us they are not good enough for our guests our managers maintain to the highest standards, all furnishing are very comfortable and clean, as is the bed linen and towels provided. Pissouri village now boasts a wifi link in the Amethyst Retreat area, provided by Markos Internet Cafe, we have installed a wifi aeriel on our roof and receive excellent broadband services charges are 1 month 30 euro, 2 weeks 15 euro, 1 week 10 euro, contact Markos at the cafe for details/access. Sky television is installed.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the whole villa and not per person per week. Pricing for long term lets by negotiation with owners. Discount given for returning guests as a loyalty discount and 30% discount given for a second week booked, higher discounts for over two weeks. We will consider long term, minimum of six months from November 2012, rent negotiable.

Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible as is this time unless new tenants coming in then villa must be vacated by 12 noon.

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with double bed.
Bedroom 2 with twin beds.
A, Z bed is provided for an extra guest, ample room in either bedroom for it to be located
Bathrooms: One bathroom with large shower cubicle toilet and handbasin within a vanity unit for storage.
Kitchen: Full sized electric oven, gas hob, large fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave.
Utility Room: No actual utility, but washing machine is housed outside in the secure courtyard, pegs and airer are provided.
Living Rooms: Two sofas one which is a double sofa bed, kitchen lounge and dining room open plan, TV, DVD, full sized dining table with four chairs, CD/radio. Wall unit with many DVDs, videos, CDs, books and games. Fitted cast iron gas fire.
Other: Plenty of wardrobes in both bedrooms, twin bedded room has a TV and video player, ceiling fans and air conditioning units which also provides heat in winter in both bedrooms, hairdryer and mirrors.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Two sets of bedding for each bed used will be provided and two sets of towels each guest also 1 beach towels for each guest, ample dish, tea towels, floor cloths and bath mats are included. Any extra maid service is available by request at an extra cost.

Notes on accommodation
Air-conditioning units are also heaters and included in the rental price, lounge fitted with cast iron, calor fire which is highly effective. Also two calor gas portable fires are available if required in the winter months, gas refills are included and will be delivered to the villa. Very safe and secure gardens for children to play and car parking a few seconds walk away. Beach and garden toys are left in the shed for use of guests, key available on request also 2 cots available if required and a high chair, baby changing mat etc.

Accessibility
The car park is very close to the property, few seconds walk
then a flat run to the front door and one small step to negociate, sitting out area on the downstairs patio, however would be very hard work pushing a wheelchair to the village square as it is all uphill, so best to use your car or taxi. Can provide list of plenty of flat areas which are ideal for wheelchair users or anyone with limited mobility.

Outside
Rear courtyard with washing machine housing, shed and 2 washing lines plus table and four chairs, front garden with table and two chairs balcony has full sized table and 4 chairs and plenty of outside lighting in all the ares. Breathtaking views from the balcony from all sides, the Troodos mountains, Episkopi Bay, the sea and rolling hills.

Coast/Beach
Pissouri bay is a five minute drive away and is safe for swimming, mainly cobbled beach and very clean.

Golf
Golf courses are close by the closest being Aphrodite Hills and also Secret Valley.

Skiing
Troodos mountains provide skiing opportunities.

Special interest holidays
Painting courses can be arranged at certain times of the year also we can arrange for massage with a local registered therapist at a very reasonable cost.

Travel
Paphos airport 20 minutes away and Larnaca is approx one hour 30 minutes away.
Car hire is recommended driving is on the left side of the road and roads are very quiet, transport can be arranged at an extra charge.

Distances
Village square 5 minutes walk. Golf 15 minutes drive, good markets approx 20 to 30 minutes drive away.

Further details
Local shops in main villages square include banks, gifts, grocer, butchers, internet cafe, kiosks may bars and restaurants.
Close attractions include Tomb of Kings, coral Bay, baths of Aphrodite, Adonis waterfalls, Troodos mountains, Akamas Peninsular with turtle hatchery.
We advise filling your tank with petrol for a visit to TROODOS as we have found there are not too many petrol stations on-route.

Booking notes
A 25% deposit is required at once to confirm the booking and the balance must be paid at least 6 weeks prior to holiday, payments are not refundable and it is recommended that travel insurance is taken out to cover.
Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer in UK pounds.
We do realise that sometimes searching for flights can be very time consuming so if you would like us to do that on your behalf we would be happy to do so, just would need preferred airline and departure airport from you.

About the owner
Rob and I bought out villa in May 2007, with the intention of retiring out there within a couple of years, however a few spanners have been thrown into the works and we will not be able to retire till at least 2011, so we are now renting out our beautiful villa so it can be appreciated by other people, we feel it is such a shame to have it empty and all lonely. We have many returning guests, who are as enchanted as us by Pissouri, truly, our piece of heaven. Rob is a retired plumber and i am was a guest house landlady, we have very high standards and do all our own maintenance and redecoration, as we visit at least three times a year.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
The sheer beauty of Pissouri, we have travelled to many countries and never seem such a beautiful landscape from one single balcony, also quiet and peaceful but with all you need for a perfect holiday.

Unique benefits of the property
Peace and quiet and the ability to be in the shade if you prefer, due to the high building you have shade in the rear courtyard until approx' 3pm, high season, and then shade from the front balcony from approx' same time.
