We require a 50% deposit (non -refundable) at time of booking.Payment within 5-7 days Payment by personal cheque or bank transfer. Final payment to be made 6 weeks before travel, (non refundable). We recommend customers have holiday insurance to cover cancellations as we cannot refund bookings

About the owner
Having visited North Cyprus for the past 5 years I have gained a great insight into the charm of this country. I have travelled throughout the North and have good knowledge to pass on to anybody who is thinking of visiting.
Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
It was an absolutely beautiful the location when I viewed the land the apartments were to be built on. It was even raining on that day but it struck a chord as it almost reminded me of Ireland from my youth. Subsequent visits were amazing as no rain, it was truly stunning and so unusual to find this beautiful countryside and right by the ocean. Donkeys, old tractors and ancient ruins. It was as if time had stood still and exploring the old coast road was heaven. Although sleepy villages the cities of Kyrenia and Famagusta were 30 minutes by car so I had the best of all worlds. I had everything I needed with 3 restaurants, 2 mini markets and the chance to mix with the mountain villagers. A huge smile comes to my face every time I visit as it is so beautiful and peaceful.
Unique benefits of the property
If its peace and relaxation your after this is amazing. There are great facilities. 1 of the pools sits right in front of the sea with a small harbour directly in front. This is unusual as most rental properties are never this close to the sea and with a small working harbour as well. Most properties have sea views but to get this close we are the envy of many people who have bought in Cyprus. We are really close to the National Park and the Karpaz region which is the jewel of the med but we can also shoot into Kyrenia if we want the hustle and bustle and then return to the beautiful countryside and mountains of Tatlisu.
