You will enjoy use of the communal pool, with waterfall, separate children's pool and jacuzzi. Larnaca, Ayia Napa, Nicosia and the Troodos Mountains are all within easy reach and local activities include a fantastic water park, great go-karting centre and many beach activities.

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with high specification appliances including washing machine, hob, oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer, toaster and kettle. Breakfast bar with 4 bar stools. Iron and ironing board also provided.
Living Rooms: Large living/dining area with patio doors opening on to large balcony which enjoys spectacular views over Oroklini and the Mediterranean. Large LCD TV with DVD, satelite package (inc English Channels) and air conditioing.
Other: This second floor apartment is fully secured and includes lift access to all floors. There is a dining table and 6 chairs on the veranda which can be used for dining outside or in.

All bed linen and towels are provided. The property is cleaned prior to guests arrival. Mid stay maid service and linen change is available during your stay if required, at a small additional cost.

Notes on accommodation
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. The apartment is located on the second floor overlooking the pool and has spectacular views over the Mediterranean. All parking is under cover on ground level area.

Accessibility
The complex has a lift and is wide enough for a wheelchair.

Outside
The veranda has a table with 6 chairs. In the store room (at ground level) there are 2 sun loungers, which belong only to our apartment, for use by the pool area. There are also likely to be sun loungers and parasols situated by the poolside.

Coast/Beach
There are many beaches in Larnaca. The nearest blue flag beach is approx 2km from the apartment.

Travel
Larnaca airport is just 20 minutes drive away. Car hire is advisable, but depending on what your individual needs are, supermarkets and restaurants are a short walk away. We can arrange car hire on request. However, taxis and a local bus service are also available.

Distances
Larnaca town is 10 mins drive. Ayia Napa is 30 mins drive. Protaras is 30 mins drive. Limassol is 30 mins drive. Nicosia is 30-40 mins drive. Camel Park is 30 mins drive. Water sports are 5 mins drive. Beaches are 5-15 mins drive. Diving clubs are 10 mins drive.

Further details
The apartment is located in a village and has a variety of good restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, bars, ice cream parlour and 2 excellent bakers shops.
