The villa is central to several villages and in easy driving distance of the local supermarket’s, retail outlets, numerous restaurants and where fresh produce is easily available. The villa is equipped for a maximum of 6 people and boasts a private swimming pool situated within its own boundaries/grounds. Spacious lounge with adjacent dining room affording easy access to the all around patio with steps leading down to the covered parking space located beneath the villa.

Travel
Ercan Airport, situated in the North, is approx 1 hour drive. Larnaca airport, in the South, takes about 90 mins. To cross the border you are only required to produce your passport. We suggest it is more convenient and cheaper to take a taxi from Larnaca and hire a car in the North (we can assist).

Karmi and Edremit 15 minutes walk.
Bellapais - 20 minutes drive.
Kyrenia 15 minutes drive.
Famagusta -1 hour drive.
Karpaz - 3 hours.

Nearest quiet local restaurant is a mere 5 minute walk. Shops, banks and supermarkets 5/10 minutes drive. Leisure activities near by - parascending, horse riding, mountain walks, golf, cycling, sailing, water skiing, windsurfing, scuba diving and fishing.
Booking notes
A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking. The balance is due 1 month before arrival plus a £200 returnable breakages deposit, refunded 7 days after leaving.
