Fantasic location in an exclusive quiet gated development, in the heart of Pernera, Protaras yet just within 3 minutes walk to 2 lovely beaches and close to a superb range of amenities (bars, restaurants, tavernas, beaches, shops). For added convenience, a large supermarket sits just outside the gated complex. Villa Azur is 5 min drive to Ayia Napa and 15-20 mins walk (5 mins drive) to Protaras. There are 3 bedrooms with built-in floor to ceiling wardrobes, 2 bathrooms (one en-suite) upstairs and guest toilet and sink downstairs. In addition, there is a fully fitted luxury kitchen, central heating for cooler months, 32" plasma Satellite TV, DVD & music player and for added family fun, a PS2 games console with selection of games. Outside there is a large private pool (can be heated) pool shower, 6 sunloungers, parasol, large table and chairs, gas barbecue and lovely plants and flowers.

Cooling facilities: Air-conditioning throughout as well as remote controlled ceiling fans in all bedrooms.
Child Facilities: Child friendly with good quality travel cot, high chair, 2 stairgates, safety locks on all patio doors and windows, safety screen on lounge patio doors leading to pool area and safety plugs included.
Heating facilities: Central heating throughout for winter bookings (when temperature can still typically reach up to 25C!)
Welcome Information: Comprehensive welcome package for every booking over 5 days including welcome note, calling card, safety guide and information about the surrounding area. Our local English speaking managers will meet with you within 24 hours of your arrival to help you make the most of your stay at Villa Azur.
Pool Heating: An additional supplement will be charged if pool heating facilities are requested. Please enquire upon booking.

Private dining and barbecue area (gas BBQ included) with large table and 6 chairs. 6 Sun loungers, parasol plus lighting throughout outside area, outside shower and shed. Beautiful greek inspired garden area to the front and a variety of plants around the pool and dining/barbecue area. High fencing for privacy. Parking space available on front patio. Safety screen on patio doors leading to pool area for those with young children.
Coast/Beach
Within 3 minutes walking distance to 2 blue flag awarded beaches with their crystal clear waters. Many other beautiful sandy beaches close by.
Special interest holidays
Great for snorkelling, scuba diving and other watersports. A variety of beautiful blue flag beaches nearby. Also great for cycling, climbing, hiking especially around the spectacular Cavo Greko area.
Travel
Larnaca airport is 40 mins drive away. Car hire is not necessary due to the perfect location, however, if you wish to explore further afield at your own pace, there are many car hire companies in the area. Airport transfers available on request. There is also a regular bus service that runs along the coast from Paralimni to Protaras/Pernera, and then on to the resort of Ayia Napa and for added convenience, the nearest bus stop is 2 minutes walk away from the villa.
Distances
The holiday resort of Pernera is approximately 2 km away from the larger town of Protaras which can be reached in 5 minutes by car or by foot in 20 minutes along the beautiful coast. The main town of Parlalimni, with it's local shops, can be easily reached in 10 minutes by car. Ayia Napa is just a short 15 minute drive away if you are looking for livelier antics of an evening. A regular bus service runs along the coast from Paralimni to Protaras/Pernera, and then on to the resort of Ayia Napa.
Further details
Minutes walk away from Villa Azur, there are a wide range of restaurants/cuisines from Mexican to Chinese and of course the authentic Greek tavernas are not to be missed. The nearby blue flag awarded beaches cater for all manner of water sports including snorkelling and parasailing, great fun for all the family. There is also a fantastic water park in Ayia Napa which has been awarded the best in Europe. Other activities include Boat Trips from the harbour (5 minutes walk away), plenty of excursions including daily trips to the Troodos mountains (where it is possible to ski in the winter months!), Paphos, Larnaca and the capital Nicosia, 3 day cruises e.g to Egypt and Rhodes, Cycling, Fishing, Spa, Jeep safaris, Horse, Donkey and Camel Riding, Rock climbing and Bird Watching. You can also visit the nearby famous, wild and undeveloped peninsula of Cape Greco national park (10 mins drive away), a protected nature conservation area offering a wealth of rare flora and fauna, dramatic cliffs with sea caves, and spectacular views. It is known the world over as the destination of choice for snorkeling and scuba diving but also offers a wide range of interests such as cycling, riding, climbing, air sports, and hiking.
The North of the border has now become accessible to tourists and is 20 minutes drive from the villa to the border at Vrysoulles (don't forget your passport!). Here you can view time stood still in the beautiful harbour town of Kyrenia, well worth a visit. The villa is also located near to a number of hotels whose facilities are also open to the public. In addition, many of the local bars offer free internet access to their customers. With plenty in the surrounding area to see and do and the guaranteed all year round sunshine, Villa Azur is perfectly located for fun and relaxation in any season. Booking notes
25% deposit payable upon booking. £250 damage/security deposit required fully refundable within 2 weeks of check out. Payment is to be made in full, eight weeks prior to your arrival.

Excellent villa Extremely well furnished. Everything is in the property and of a high quality. The property was very clean (pool cleaned twice during the week). Property is very well located (2 mins to the beaches). We would definitely recomend it and will definitely be booking again. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and found the property/area/holiday very relaxing. The property is set up to ensure a relaxing holiday eg: we found the information booklet useful and clear. Fantastic holiday. Villa Azur is beautiful and looks exactly the same as the photographs and description advised. Locals are very friendly and I can't stress enough how great everything was about this villa/holiday. V Carnill April 09.
