This newly built large spacious villa is situated close to the small junior Aqua Park on the outskirts of the beautiful unspoilt village of Catalkoy. Close to all amenities with spectacular mountain views, the area is an ideal base for visiting the many historical sites, with a variety of outdoor pursuits ie. horse riding, rambling, scuba diving, sailing and a chance to visit the close by turtle project. There are many good restaurants - two within easy walking distance, but generally use of the local bus service or car hire is recommended. We are a 15 minute drive away from the recently opened 18 hole Championship Golf Course. The large outside area of the villa has a 10 x 5m roman ended overflow pool, with a brick built BBQ and large patio area accessed from either the lounge or the kitchen. The bedrooms and lounge have dual air condioning / heating.

2 local beaches, less than five minute drive to Diana beach. Popular Acapulco beach which has full amenities, water sports and large pool/bars 10 minute drive. Turtle project beach (visit in September and maybe see them hatching!) 15 minute drive.
Travel
Ercan airport situated on the North side of Island approx 40 min drive. Larnaca airport situated on the South side of Island approx 90 min drive (this option involves boarder crossing).
Car hire recommended.

Nearest local supermarket 3 min drive, nearest restaurants approx 800 meters. Local bus stop 150 meters. Aqua park and bar 800 meters. Kyrenia town center/harbour with many shops and restaurants approx 7 min drive.
Booking notes
Our property is managed by a lovely family who live close by and will help with any aspect of your stay, you will have a welcome pack on arrival. A non-returnable deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking, the remainder due four weeks before departure. £200 returnable breakages deposit, refunded one week after departure is also required at the time of booking.
