| Bedrooms: | The bedrooms consist of 1 double room and 1 twin, both with large wardrobes full length mirror and storage space. Either side of the beds are small cabinets with lamps. The double room has patio doors that also leads to the sun terrace. |

Notes on accommodation
The apartment is furnished to an exceptional standard Air-conditioning/heating units in all rooms. Towels and bed linen are provided. Additional change of bed linen / towels are available at a small additional charge. In addition to the heating units, winter bedding is provided for those wishing to take a winter holiday. The apartment, and complex are suitable for children and the elderly. The large communal pool has a shallow end for non-swimmers. There is also a small secure playground for the very young, and the complex has electric gates together with intercom access to apartments. High chairs and cots can be arranged. Tennis rackets are provided in the apartment along with books, games and beach equipment for your use.
Accessibility
The complex is suitable for both the elderly and wheelchair users as all blocks offer ample parking spaces, lifts to all floors and a disabled toilet is located on the ground floor by the poolside.
Outside
Communal swimming pool including sun loungers and umbrellas. Poolside showers and toilet block, well maintained gardens and tennis court. Children’s play area is situated to the rear of Block F.
Coast/Beach
Beautiful Pyla Beach is a mere 5 minute drive from the complex. It offers sun beds, shallow waters, restaurant / bar, children's playground, volleyball, football, and within walking distance, water sports. Larnaca Town is 10-15 minutes drive away and there you will find a good selection of restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, promenade and marina. You will also find a long sandy beach, sun beds and water sports.
Skiing
Skiing is available during the winter months in the Troodos Mountains which is only and hour's drive away. Skiing equipment can be hired from the Ski Lodge on arrival. Skiing lessons can also be arranged at a small additional cost.
Special interest holidays
Sky Diving Centre within 10 minute drive.
Gliding & Hang Gliding also available.
Travel
Larnaca international airport is a very easy drive approx 15 -20 minutes. Or you can hire a car or jump into a taxi at the cost of 15-20 Euros to Pyla Resort. Car hire is recommended but not essential as there are local bus and taxi services.
Distances
A short walk to the traditional village of Pyla, with well stocked supermarkets, a few shops, friendly bars and restaurants. Pyla beach a couple of minutes by car. Seafront and Dhekelia Road 5 minutes in the car offering a wide variety of supermarkets, cafes/ bars and restaurants, car/bicycle hire. Larnaca is 10 minutes drive away and there you will find a good selection of restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, promenade and marina. You will also find a long sandy beach, sun beds and water sports.
Further details
Banks can be found on the Dhekelia Road and in Larnaca. Oriklini is the neighbouring village which also has several tavernas, restaurants, banks and a pharmacy.
Pyla is ideally situated for exploring this fabulous island with its ancient history. The easily accessible motorway network allows you to explore the lively beaches of Agia Napa (20 min) or the more private and secluded beaches of Konnos or Fig Tree bay.
Why not try one of the many fishing excursions from the marina at Larnaca, or a more relaxing cruise around the Island and its tranquil coves, and view the wonderous marine life from on board a glass bottom boat.
There are also many diving centres that can accommodate either novice, or the experienced diver in their quest to explore the many shipwrecks around the Cyprus coastline.
For a fun packed family outing, there are fantastic water parks at Agia Napa and Limassol, or a magnificent Go-Karting track close to Larnaca airport.
