Ground floor apartment south facing so warm all year round. Tennis courts and swimming pool. Not overlooked. Plenty of local Cypriot restaurants and bars within 10 minutes walk into the village. Short drive to a lovely beach with bar/restaurant and play area. Our apartment is approx a 30 minute drive from Larnaca airport. Lots to see and do!

About the owner
We use this apartment for our family holidays as we have three children it makes it a lot easier! The area is safe and secure so they get the run of the complex.
As we work for ourselves we tend to take our main holiday over the Christmas period and Cyprus is great then t-shirts and shorts are all that we take with us.
Year purchased: 2006
Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
It isn't a busy area but Pyla village provides all that you need with great restaurants and local bars.
If you want nightlife you don't have far to drive or take a taxi.
The shops by the beach are reasonable and the food fresh for you to cook yourself, and the restaurants are varied so plenty to choose from.
We love the area and visit every year as much as we can. It is a real getaway.

We are so glad that we picked this apartment as it isn't overlooked, you wake up to the sun through the patio doors. Everything that we need is there.
