| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 is an en-suite bedroom with a traditional metal double bed. Bedroom 2 is an en-suite bedroom with 2 single beds. Bedroom 3 is also an en-suite bedroom with another 2 single beds. |
| Bathrooms: | En-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 with shower, wc and marble counter top. En-suite bathroom to bedroom 2 with bath, wc and marble counter top. En-suite bathroom to bedroom 3 with bath, wc and marble counter top. |
| Kitchen: | Fully equipped and functional kitchen with all utensils and kitchen equipment. An eat-in area that accommodates 6 people. |
| Utility Room: | Attached to the kitchen is the utility room with additional storage space, the refrigerator and the washing machine. |
| Living Rooms: | Open floor plan of the living room/lounge room. TV, DVD, CD and cassette player as well as all the free roaming satellite channels. |

Towel and linen are included. If your stay is over a week, we have a maid service once a week for every additional week. |

Outside
On the back veranda of the villa, there is a custom built BBQ. On the front veranda which leads to the private and oversize swimming pool of 10m x 5m, there is an outdoor furniture set of a table with 8 chairs. On pool side, we provide 6 lawn chairs and 3 umbrellas.
Coast/Beach
Kathikas village is 20 minutes drive from Paphos and the award winning Coral Beach, and 15 minutes drive from Polis and Latchi. All beach sports can be enjoyed at either Paphos or Polis and Latchi.
Special interest holidays
Kathikas village is in the middle of the wine country. There are 2 local wineries, the Sterna and the Vasiliko winery, where visitors can get a wine tasting of the locally produced wines.
Travel
Paphos Airport is the nearest airport to Kathikas village. A car is required and it takes approx 55-60 minutes drive to reach the villa.
Distances
The villa is 10 minutes walk or 3 minutes drive from the center of the village. All services can be found there.
Further details
Great local food and winery can be experienced at one of the various taverns in the village.
Booking notes
Deposit at the time of the booking is 20% of the total amount. If the reservation is less than 8 weeks from the booking date, then the total amount is due with at the time of the booking.
