Apartment for people with walking difficulties. Park right by this apartment note that there are 2 steps to tackle.

Outside
Excellent swimming pool facilities with free sun beds. Beside the building is an beautiful overflow swimming pool (10x5m). This is for apartment use. With BB! equipment, out door sun loungers, table and chair, free bicycles. large garden areas.

Coast/Beach
A 7 minute drive to Karakum beach in Karakom area or a 12 minute cycle from the apartment. Karakum is a beautiful beach with coral area with white sand lining it. Also Alagadi beach which is a beautiful turtle beach.
Lara beach (really recommended) is just 10 minutes drive, a bit further than Accapulo beach/hotel. It has a rock in the mid point of the bay which makes for good pictures. There are numerous quiet bays.

Golf
There is a golf course which is places towards the Five Finger mountain range.

Skiing
There is skiing in the Troodos Mountain which is approximately 1.5 hours car drive away.

Special interest holidays
There are several walks to undertake in and around the village area, Trekking and Mountain Climbing with local club & guides, fauna & flora, scuba diving, historical. The village is famous for its historical Byzanntine Abbey. Amazing 'Abbey of Peace' with regular classical concerts of the highest calibre. The village is also famous for the writer Lawerence Durrel, Hilaron Castle, many ruins dating back over 10,000 years and the oldest found shipwrecks in the World. Nicosia the only split capital in the world.
Paragliding & Gun Club with a well established clubs.
Cycling the local area with the free bicycles. Water sports galore. Flora and Fauna with 17 endimics species of flowers that are no where else in the world. Turtle watching in at a beach 40 minutes away. Ballroom dancing. And many many more activites.

Travel
Erjan is an airport which is approximately 20 minutes by car (about 18 miles away). Car hire is higly recommended/ essential to see alot of the wonderful sites (discount given to Bellapais Heights customers - please view web site under car hire).

Distances
Kyrenia/Girne is a mile and a bit, for Kyrenia Harbour. Bellapais is one of the most prestigious place to be. The capital Nicosia is about 35 minute drive, for Historical experience. Beaches from 7 mins drive. Turtle watching is 30 min drive.

Further details
Local shop/supermarket within 6 minutes in the center of town. Access to 9 restaurants in local town. Large supermarket with a fresh bakery is a 5 minute drive. Banks in town which is 1.5 away.
