Seaview is adjacent to the slighter more established Hilltop resort which has a selection of swimming pools including a large communal pool with sunbeds and umbrellas behind the excellent reasonably priced Hilltop restaurant with full menu including English breakfast and bar offering nightly entertainment including live music. Resort is open 12 months of year. 2 minutes drive from the lively resort of Bogaz, a picturesque fishing harbour village with marina offering boat trips. Bogaz village has full facilities including excellent fish restaurants, sandy beaches with sun loungers and umbrellas, bars and supermarkets, petrol station. Only 20km from large town of Famagusta also on the coast. Also 2 minutes drive in opposite direction from the Sunrise Beach Club. Seaview is situated at edge of the Karpaz region which has the best beaches on the island. Particularly Golden Beach.

Notes on accommodation
Air conditioning units in all main rooms, i.e. living room/kitchen, bedroom 1 and bedroom 2 in 2 bedroom apartment (Sapphire). Child friendly and safe well managed secure resort. Northern Cyprus has very low crime rate. Air conditioning units in living room/kitchen and bedroom of 1 bedroom apartment (Moonstone). Child friendly and safe well managed secure resort. Apartments cleaned prior to rentals and to be left clean after rental although cleaning at end of rental can be arranged if necessary at extra cost - to be agreed before occupancy - please ask. Towels and bed linen provided in apartments.

Accessibility
As the two bed property (Sapphire) is on 2nd floor not difficult for access. Wide open staircase and wide front door. Only one door to manage as no hallway/entrance door on ground floor. The one bedroom penthouse apartment (Moonstone) is on 3rd floor and has an entry door at ground level which has an intercom.

Outside
Lights (Sapphire and Moonstone) and electric power on balcony outside (Sapphire). Both apartments have Large balcony with patio table and 4 chairs. Excellent views over sea and mountains. Large shared swimming pools which can be heated with sun-loungers and umbrellas. Very pretty gardens, plants and flowers all around the resort. 1 bedroom apartmetn (Moonstone) is a penthouse apartment and has access by key to the top floor roof terrace with magnicifient views.

Coast/Beach
2 minutes drive in either direction to sandy beaches, either at Bogaz village or Sunrise Beach Club. The fantastic new hotel Artemis is situated at Bafra Beach only a 15 minute drive away. Approx 40 mins drive from the famous unspoilt and spectacular Golden Beach on the Karpaz Peninsular.

Golf
There is a large new golf course at Esentepe about 45 minutes drive away close to Kyrenia.

Travel
Closest airport is Ercan, Northern Cyprus, 45 minutes drive away by main road. Approx 1 hour and 15 minute drive from Larnaca Airport on the South side of Cyprus. Airport pick ups can very easily be arranged - £25 from Ercan Airport to Seaview Resort and £40 from Larnaca Airport to Seaview Resort. Car hire not essential as enough to do on site and Bogaz within easy walking distance, although recommended if more of the Island is to be discovered. Car Hire can be easily arranged please ask.

Distances
2 mins drive from Bogaz Village. 20km from Famagusta. On edge of the fantastic Karpaz Peninsular. 15km from Salamis Roman Ruins with famous ampitheatre. 45 mins drive from Kyrenia Harbour town and the beautiful Monastry hilltop village of Bella Pais.

Further details
ATM now in Bogaz. Supermarkets in Bogaz. Good fish restaurants, bars and traditional Turkish restaurants in close proximity. Major banks to be found in Famagusta.
